基于混合卤素准二维钙钛矿的蓝光发光二极管任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

本论文以钙钛矿蓝光发光二极管(blue perovksite light-emitting diode, blue -peled)为研究对象,针对目前blue-peled器件性能(色度,外量子效率,亮度)相对于同系列的绿光、红光和近红外器件性能普遍偏低的问题,通过新材料制备、新工艺探索,器件结构优化等手段,提高器件性能并对其提高的原理进行探索。

本论文的研究课题为”基于混合卤素准二维钙钛矿的蓝光发光二极管”。

钙钛矿材料具有原料价格低廉、制备工艺简单、发光波长连续可调、载流子迁移率高等优点,在绿光、红光和近红外波段的外量子效率均已超过20%,但是在蓝光波段的性能还比较低。
