高层建筑给排水节能节水措施探讨

摘要：高层建筑由于自身特点造成较大的水资源和能量消耗，其中相当一部分消耗属于浪费。针对产生浪费的不同原因，本文提出相应应对措施，如采用新型节水卫生器具，进行雨水收集及中水回用，采用太阳能等可再生能源作为热水循环系统热源，改良热水循环系统等。通过采取相应措施，优化设计，能有效地解决高层建筑给排水出现的水资源和能源浪费问题，对于构建节水型建筑和可持续社会具有明显的现实意义。

Discussion on Energy-saving and Water-saving Measures for Water Supply an Drainage in High-rise Buildings

Abstract: Due to its own characteristics, high-rise buildings consume large amounts of water and energy, of which a considerable part is wasted. In view of the different causes of waste, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures, such as the adoption of new water-saving sanitary appliances, rainwater collection and reclaimed water reuse, the adoption of solar energy and other renewable energy as the heat source of the hot water circulation system, and the improvement of the hot water circulation system. Through taking corresponding measures and optimizing the design, the problems of water resources and energy waste in water supply and drainage of high-rise buildings can be effectively solved, which has obvious practical significance for building water-saving buildings and sustainable society.

1 前言

近年来，我国建筑行业发展迅速，随着大城市人口密度的增长，城市中高层建筑以及超高层建筑越来越多，这是未来建筑设计发展的大趋势。尽管高层建筑给排水设计技术日渐趋于成熟，但建筑行业也提出更高的要求#8212;#8212;节水节能。我国建筑能耗约占全社会总能耗的27.5%，随着社会经济的快速发展，建筑能耗所占比例将会呈现持续增长的趋势^[1]。在建设可持续社会过程中，建筑业在节能节水方面面临着艰巨的挑战，高层建筑极大的高度落差导致在对其进行供水时需要消耗大量水资源与能量，其中30%以上的消耗属于浪费。我们有必要采取相应的措施，为建筑行业的可持续发展提供保障。如何有效的实现高层建筑节水节能的要求，是当前建筑业亟待解决的一个重要问题。
