纤维二糖差向异构酶在乳果糖生产中的应用任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

1、采用计算机检索20篇中文文献和10篇英文文献; 2、阅读20篇文献,翻译一篇英文文献,提交一篇开题报告。

格式要求为:参考文献标注符合规范,计算机打印; 3、实验工作主要内容本课题以纤维二糖差向异构酶为研究对象,以提高乳果糖的产量和降低成本为目的,进行系统的酶法转化生产乳果糖工艺的设计和优化研究。

通过测定酶活以及转化率,分别对诱导条件以及催化制备乳果糖的转化条件进行研究,为工业化生产乳果糖奠定基础。
