酸性荧光染料对蛋白质纤维的染色性能研究毕业论文

摘 要
荧光染料是一种功能性染料。该染料染色的织物具有很高的饱和度和鲜艳度,具有其他染料没有的荧光视觉效果。利用其荧光的特殊性,可以制作一些特殊的服装。
本课题通过酸性荧光染料对羊毛和蚕丝的染色,测试不同浓度和不同pH值条件下的酸性荧光染料的K/S值、反射率和荧光反射率的影响。
研究结果表明,蛋白质纤维在酸性荧光染液中,染液的pH值越小,K/S值越大,反射率越小。而且强酸下的蛋白质纤维荧光反射率比较好,荧光效果也比较好;蛋白质纤维在不同染料浓度的酸性荧光染液中,染液浓度越大,K/S值越大,反射率越小。当浓度达到一定的饱和时,K/S值和反射率逐渐趋于一个平稳值;在酸性黄73染液中,蚕丝纤维在染液浓度(owf)为3.5%的时候,荧光反射率值最高,荧光效果是最好的。而羊毛纤维在染料浓度(owf)为2%时,荧光反射率比较高,荧光效果比较好。在酸性红52染液中,蚕丝纤维在染料浓度(owf)为3%的时候,荧光反射率比较高,荧光效果比较好。而羊毛在2%时,荧光反射率比较高,荧光效果比较好。

The effect of acid fluorescent dyes on the dyeing of protein fibers
Abstract
Fluorescent dyes are a kind of functional dyes. Fabrics dyed with fluorescent dyes have a high degree of saturation and brightness, and visual effect cannot be obtained from other no-fluorescent dyes. Special clothing can be made by using the particularity of fluorescence.
In this paper, the effects of acid fluorescent dyes on the K/S, reflectance and fluorescence reflectance of acid fluorescent dyes were tested under different concentrations and different pH values.
The results show that the protein fiber in acidic dye fluorescence, the smaller pH value of dye solution, the greater the value of K/S , the smaller the reflectivity. And the protein fiber fluorescence reflectance under strong acid fluorescence was better, the fluorescent effect was better. Protein fibers in the acid fluorescence dyes of different concentration, the higher dye concentration, the greater the K/S value, the smaller the reflectance. When the concentration reached a certain saturation, K/S values and reflectivity gradually became a stable value; in Acid Yellow 73 dye, the dye concentration in the silk fiber (o w f) of 3.5%, the highest reflectance fluorescence ,fluorescent effect was the best. The concentration of the dye in the wool fiber (o w f) 2%, the fluorescence reflectance was relatively high, the fluorescent effect was better. Acid Red 52 dye in the dye concentration in the silk fiber (o w f) 3% , fluorescence reflectance was relatively high, the fluorescent effect was better. the dye concentration in the wool fiber (o w f) 2% , the fluorescence reflectance was relatively high, the fluorescent effect was better.

1.1酸性染料的简介
1.1.1酸性染料的性质
酸性染料是一类含有酸性基团的水溶性染料,拥有完整的色谱,鲜艳的颜色。染料分子结构比较简单,分子结构中一般含有-SO3Na和-COONa,大多是含有-SO3Na比含有-COONa较多,该染料可溶。
1.1.2酸性染料的分类
按酸性染料对羊毛的染色性能,酸性染料可以分为强酸浴、弱酸浴和中性浴染色。见表1.1-1
