摘 要

信息化对调整和提升企业产业结构的促进、企业发展的推进，企业实力和竞争能力的提升十分重要，关键到企业连锁经营能否高效运转。所以，对集团企业来说开发一套完整的进销存管理信息系统很有必要。

首先，从字面上看，一个完整的进销存系统，必然包含进货管理，销售管理，库存管理这三个重要模块，所以我们会重点处理这三个方面，然而只包含这三个重点模块是不够的。

从管理者方面考虑，如果能够及时准确的对企业货物的进库和出库情况进行了解，并且系统通过这些情况反馈出资金的流动方向，这为企业的决策提供了很大的便利。如果一个企业想要取得更佳的效益，就必须能够做到及时销售，合理生产，最大的减少库存积压。因此，我对整个系统增加了查询中心和报表中心两个模块，管理者可以方便的对库存、销售、进货进行有效快速的查询，并且生成对应的报表。

所以通过分析，我们选择Java，HTML，SQL三种语言对整个系统进行编辑，这三种语言简单实用，灵活性较强，也被我们所熟悉。然后对进货，库存，销售等多个模块进行开发，使得管理者可以在我们的系统中了解库存动向，并及时对销售生产做出对应对策，同时还可以生成报表方便公司之间的协作沟通。

以前的商品系统管理,已经不再适应现代先进的供销链经营模式,在目前越来越激烈的市场竞争的环境下,企业管理资源提出了更严格的标准,企业使用了进销存系统，不但可以赢得更大的市场竞争优势，也能加强对资金流，物流，信息流的动态管理，使得企业管理更加的规范化。

Abstract

Information on the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure of enterprises to promote the development of enterprises, the enterprise strength and competitiveness of the upgrade is very important, the key to the enterprise chain operation can be efficient operation. So, it is very necessary to develop a complete inventory management information system for group enterprises.

First, literally, a complete Invoicing system, must include the purchase management, sales management, inventory management of the three important modules, so we will focus on these three aspects, however only contains the three key modules is not enough.

From management to consider, if can timely and accurately on the business of goods into the library and the library to understand, and the system through the feedback of fund flow direction, the enterprise decision-making provides a great convenience. If an enterprise wants to obtain better benefits, it must be able to achieve timely sales, reasonable production, the largest reduction in inventory. As a result, I have the whole system to increase the query center and report center two modules, managers can facilitate the inventory, sales, purchase of efficient and fast query, and generate the corresponding statements.

So through the analysis, we choose Java, HTML, SQL three languages to edit the entire system, these three languages are simple and practical, strong flexibility, but also we are familiar with. Then the purchase, inventory, sales and other modules development, makes managers can understand inventory trends in our system, and make timely corresponding countermeasures on the production and sales, can also generate between statements to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Previous commodity management system is no longer adapt to modern advanced supply chain management mode, in the increasingly fierce market competition environment, enterprise resource management proposed more stringent standards, enterprises to use the invoicing system, not only can win more competitive edge in the market, strengthening of capital flow, logistics, the dynamic management of information flow, making the enterprise management more standardized.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

中兴公司拥有终端产品、无线产品、网络产品三大系列产品，在中国通信行业处于领头地位，在向全球用户提供全方位、专业化、全天候的优质服务的同时，还可以提供多种通信网综合解决方案，并逐步涉足国际电信运营业务。由于公司规模庞大，如果还是采用传统的人工管理数据，用单据处理数据，然后总结归档，会使得投入成本增加，管理效率低下，并且信息处理缓慢，准确率低，不能使管理者更有效的进行决策，而在长时间的处理过程中，会产生大量的数据使查询产生困难。

1.2 研究的意义

传统的手工管理方式不能适应企业高准确，高速，高复杂的工作要求，进销存管理系统则可以提高管理的灵活性，对销售、进货及库存进行一体化的管理，极大提高员工工作效率和管理者的管理效率，减少入库、出库及库存管理流程繁琐、周期长的弊端以及其中的漏洞，让管理者时刻明确物资储备，掌握物资销售动向。建立高效率的进销存系统十分重要，可以进一步提高企业进销存业务的处理效率。

第二章 编程过程中使用的技术

2.1 页面中的技术

2.1.1 Jsp

Jsp全名Java Server Pages, JSP 2.0的一个主要特点是它支持表达语言。 JSTL的自制标记也可以进行自定义函数，所以JSTL可以取代scriptlet的所有可以实现的功能。所以建议为了让JSP的格式一致用EL更好。

作为负责前端页面开发的程序员，一般来说根据XML和HTML标识来进行设计页面，以及对页面的格式化，另外也还可以通过小脚本和JSP标识，对变化中的请求中的动态内容进行显示（例如需求一双鞋的价格或者鞋子的厂商等）。在标识中封装该内容生成的对应逻辑，然后和脚本放在一起，然后在服务端进行所有脚本的运行。之所以作为负责前端页面开发的程序员和对页面进行管理的负责人可以编辑页面和使用页面，同时不影响页面生成的内容，是因为他们在标识和JavaBeans中封装了页面内容的逻辑。
