through the comparative analysis, the translator tao jie (female) and yang renjing (male), chose different translation methods to conduct the ecofeminism which alice walker expresses in this novel, so which translation method could transfer more specific and accurate？which could make reader better understand the conflicts between human and nature, manand woman? the question will be discussed in the paper. on the basis of this comparative study,it can be summarized the translation strategies available to use whentranslating similar texts under ecofeminism, which helps translation morefaithfully reflects the ecofeminism in texts.
