侧护板冲压工艺与模具设计毕业论文

摘 要
模具作为高质量、高效率的产品生产工具,应用十分广泛。本设计针对一侧护板的落料冲孔复合模以及弯曲模具,详细的介绍了其设计过程。
首先,根据设计零件的尺寸、材料等要求,分析零件的工艺性,确定冲裁工艺方案及模具结构方案。再通过工艺设计来进行计算,确定排样方式,计算冲压力,选择压力机,计算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差等。最后,根据设计选用零部件,绘制模具总装图与零件图。
本次设计共分为三个阶段完成。第一,必须注重理论联系实际,确定冲裁工艺方案与结构。第二,对相关尺寸进行计算,同时确定模具草图。第三,利用CAD绘制模具总装图以及零件图,同时完成说明书。
通过本次的设计工作,让我对本专业的工作更加了解。在查找文献的过程中学到了很多新知识。总而言之,毕业设计就是对理论知识的再回顾的一个过程。

Abstract
Mold is widely used as a high quality and high efficiency production tool during stamping. This work introduces the design of the blanking and punching compound die and the bending die for a side guard plate in details.
Firstly, the technological design of the parts was analyzed according to the component dimension, material and production lot-size, which determine the stamping process and mold structure. Secondly, the layout was chosen and the stamping force was evaluated via the process design calculation, followed by selecting the press machine and calculating the size and tolerance of mold blades. Finally, the parts were carefully chosen and the mold assembly and part drawings were given.
The whole mold design was divided into three stages. Firstly, the punching process and structure were determined carefully on both theoretical and practical basis. Secondly, the mold dimensions were calculated and the mold structure drawing was initially designed. Thirdly, the CAD software was adopted to draw the mold assembly and part drawings, and then the research report was written.
After finishing this work, we could have a better and deeper understanding of our professional knowledge. During literature review, we have learnt and grasped many new skills and tools. I believe this final year project enable us to review and examine our theoretical and practical analysis skills.
