现代医疗对疾病的诊断主要依赖于血液化验技术,然而,目前所采用的化验方法需要先后依靠血液的离心分离及生化检验两种相对独立的技术,耗时较长且无法原位获得检验结果。
本项目融合了膜分离及生物传感技术,拟设计和制备一种可实现血液同步分离与检测的新型分离传感膜。
以普鲁士蓝为膜材料,通过中空纤维支撑体孔结构的调控,研究普鲁士蓝在孔内的差异化结晶行为,构建出具有不同纳微结构的分离层及传感层。
