摘 要
NOX是水泥工业的主要污染物之一,随着环境不断恶化,NOX的排放标准日趋严格。垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)作为一种清洁能源日益受到各国的极大关注,将其替代一部分煤应用于水泥分解炉中与煤共燃是对其进行转化利用的方式之一,同时适度的RDF与煤粉的混烧方式,可以在一定程度上降低NOX的排放,但是对于导致排放降低的具体规律和相关影响因素尚不清楚,鉴于此,本文基于分解炉环境,对RDF与煤粉共燃时NOX的生成与减排问题展开研究,研究内容具有重要的工程实际意义。
本论文采用管式炉、烟气分析仪等实验装置研究了RDF与煤单烧及共燃时NOX排放特性,分析了NOX排放的规律,考察了温度、氧气浓度和混烧比例等参数对CO及NOX排放的影响;并分析了RDF与煤混燃对还原NOX的协同增效作用。
实验结果表明,RDF单独燃烧时NOX的生成量小于相同质量的煤单独燃烧时的情况,但当两者混合燃烧时,NOX的生成量不一定减少反而有可能增加,只有在特定的比例下才能起到减少NOX排放的效果。

Abstract
NOX is one of the main pollutants in cement industry, the NOX emission standards are more stringent with the environment degradation. Refuse derived fuel(RDF) is a clean and renewable energy, which has received great attention. The co-combustion of RDF and coal in the cement precalciner is considered to be an effective method to utilize RDF, and it can also reduce the NOX emission. At present the influence factors and reaction mechanism of NOX reduction of RDF and coal co-combustion remain unclear. This paper focuses on the NOX generation and reduction of RDF and coal co-combustion based on the actual precalciner condition.furnace, and the study has great significance.
The NOX emission characteristics of RDF and coal co-combustion was investigated by pipe furnace and flue gas analyzer. The influence of temperature, oxygen concentration and RDF blending rate on the NOX emission were analyzed in this paper.
