摘 要
混凝土是全世界使用最广泛的建筑材料,而混凝土开裂是混凝土破坏最普遍的形式之一,严重影响混凝土的使用寿命,由此而带来的安全隐患和安全事故时有发生。因此,对出现裂缝的混凝土使用性能优良的混凝土修补材料,对提高混凝土材料的安全性和延长其使用寿命具有重要意义。甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)基混凝土修补材料是一种广泛使用的热点材料,但由于其在固化时的高收缩性,导致实际修补裂缝带来填缝不实的缺陷,所以提出在MMA基混凝土修补材料中加入低收缩添加剂(LPA)方法,尝试其收缩率。
本实验将合成的聚氨酯预聚体加入到MMA单体中,再使MMA聚合制备出掺入聚氨酯的MMA基混凝土修补材料。通过对合成的材料进行体积収缩率的测定来研究聚氨酯对MMA基混凝土修补材料的收缩性能影响。然后对材料进行红外光谱和扫描电镜分析,以研究聚氨酯影响MMA基混凝土修补材料收缩性能的原因和机理。
实验结果表明,当聚氨酯的质量分数掺量在12%时,MMA基混凝土修补材料的体积收缩率最低,从26.34%下降到了8.86%,体积收缩率降低了66.36%,并且此时修补材料的粘结强度可以达到工程所需要求。

Effect of Polyurethane on Shrinkage Properties of MMA Based Concrete Repair Materials.
Abstract
At present, concrete is the most widely used building material in the world. At the same time, concrete cracking is one of the most common forms of concrete damage, which seriously affects the service life of concrete, and the resulting safety hazards and safety accidents occur.Therefore, the use of concrete repair materials with excellent performance for concrete with cracks is of great significance for improving the safety of concrete materials and prolonging their service life.MMA-based concrete repairing material is a widely used hot spot material, but due to its high shrinkage during curing, the actual repair cracks cause defects in the caulking, so it is proposed in the MMA base. A low shrinkage additive (LPA) method was added to the concrete repair material to try its shrinkage.
In this experiment, the synthesized polyurethane prepolymer was added to the MMA monomer, and then the MMA was polymerized to prepare the MMA-based concrete repairing material incorporating the polyurethane. The effect of polyurethane on the shrinkage properties of MMA-based concrete repair materials was studied by measuring the volume shrinkage of the synthesized materials. Then the materials were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy to study the reasons and mechanism for the influence of polyurethane on the shrinkage properties of MMA-based concrete repair materials.
The experimental results show that when the mass fraction of polyurethane is 12%, the volume shrinkage of MMA-based concrete repair material is the lowest, from 26.34% to 8.86%, the volume shrinkage is reduced by 66.36%, and the repair material is sticky at this time. The knot strength can meet the requirements of the project.

1.1引言
在全球范围内,混凝土是最常用的建筑材料,其具有抗压强度高、耐久性优良,可以进行任意结构和规模的浇筑的特点,因而有着广泛的应用[1]。但是混凝土开裂是混凝土破坏最普遍的形式,几乎不可避免,混凝土裂缝将造成混凝土由表及里的破坏,大大降低混凝土结构的耐久性,如果裂缝一旦形成网络,就会造成不可挽回的损伤[2]。因此,研制修补效果好、使用方便的混凝土修补材料对提高混凝土工程的安全性和延长其使用寿命具有重要意义[3-6]。
