在过去的十年中,n-杂环卡宾(nhc)已被证明是最强大的有机催化剂之一,并且已经能够构建一系列杂环化合物。
另一方面,由于硅原子具有特殊的物理和电子性质,使得手性有机硅烷受到越来越多的关注。
手性有机硅烷在有机合成、材料科学、农业科学和医药化学中获得了较为广泛的应用。
