碳纤维用于低密度不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料的制备毕业论文

摘 要
碳纤维具有轻质高强等优良特性,本课题以碳纤维增强低密度不饱和聚酯树脂为目的,探究其增强效果。通过预实验,即粘度实验对碳纤维的掺量范围进行确定,通过显微观察实验对碳纤维的长度选取范围和掺量进行确定,通过凝胶时间测定实验对固化剂的掺量进行确定,经过预实验,影响制样的因素得以确定。然后进行正交实验,通过正交实验表来制得各水平各因素的样品,并综合分析碳纤维增强低密度不饱和聚酯树脂的表观密度和压缩强度,并且显微观察泡孔结构。
实验结果显示,以碳纤维增强低密度不饱和聚酯树脂在制备过程中,固化剂的适宜掺量为1.5phr,碳纤维长度在选取9mm时,纤维在树脂胶液中的分散性最佳,通过正交实验所得的样品中,74℃,发泡剂掺量为2.0phr,碳纤维掺量为0.4phr的条件下样品的密度较低,压缩强度最高,综合性能最佳,相对20phr下玻纤增强低密度不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料的比强度提升50%。

Study on Carbon Fiber for Low Density Unsaturated
Polyester Resin
Abstract
The excellent properties of carbon fiber, such as light weight and high strength, this project aims to enhance the reinforcing effect of carbon fiber reinforced low-density unsaturated polyester resin. Through the pre-experiment, that is, the viscosity test to determine the range of the carbon fiber content, the length selection range and the amount of carbon fiber are determined by microscopic observation experiments, and the amount of the curing agent is determined by the gel time measurement experiment. Experiments, factors affecting the preparation of the sample were determined. Then orthogonal experiments were carried out to obtain samples of various factors by orthogonal test table, and the apparent density and compressive strength of carbon fiber reinforced low-density unsaturated polyester resin were comprehensively analyzed, and observed the cell structure through microscope.
The experimental results show that the suitable dosage of curing agent is 1.5 phr in the preparation process of carbon fiber reinforced low-density unsaturated polyester resin. When the length of carbon fiber is 9 mm, the dispersion of fiber in resin glue is the best. In the samples obtained by orthogonal experiment, the density of the sample was lower at 74 ℃, the amount of foaming agent was 2.0 phr, and the carbon fiber content was 0.4 phr. The compressive strength was the highest and the comprehensive performance was the best. The glass fiber of the reinforced low-density unsaturated polyester resin composite increased by 50%.

国内不饱和聚酯树脂发展[1]的还面临着诸多问题及限制因素,形势非常严峻,首先由于我国是人口大国,各行各业市场需求量规模十分庞大,尤其以玻璃钢复合材料为代表,市场需求极大,作为发展大国,我国的复合材料发展水平还很有限,随着环保和节能减排的日益要求,我国更极力需求玻璃钢及复材制品。
其次随着技术水平的不断完善发展,玻璃纤维和碳纤维等复合材料制品性能得到显著提升,并成功研制出了其他高化学性能高机械性能等新兴不饱和聚酯树脂,在此大潮环境下的中国也必须紧随其后。
