摘 要
铝酸盐是目前国内外用量最大、使用最广泛的电子发射材料,人们通过改变原料的配比可得到性能特色各不相同的铝酸盐材料。铝酸盐是由氧化钡、氧化钙、氧化铝在高温下进行固态反应合成的,由于氧化钡和氧化钙极易吸收水蒸气,二氧化碳及其他气态物质,所以一般选择BaCO3、CaCO3、Al(OH)3或Al2O3作为合成铝酸盐的原始材料,本文主要以铝酸盐为研究对象,通过研究制备工艺,煅烧温度,保温时间和烧结气氛对配料的影响,并根据反应所得的热重曲线研究铝酸盐的物理性质随温度或时间的变化,从而确定试样的反应历程。继而提高铝酸盐配料的准确性,最终制定出合理的铝酸盐合成制度。

TG-DSC Analysis of Cathodic Aluminate Ingredients
Abstract
Aluminate is the most widely used at home and abroad, the most widely used electron emission materials, the use of different raw materials prepared by the aluminate performance characteristics. Aluminate is composed of BaO,CaO, Al2O3 at high temperature for solid state reaction synthesis, because BaO and CaO in the air can easily absorb water vapor, carbon dioxide and other gaseous substances, so the general choice of BaCO3, CaCO3, Al (OH) 3 Or Al2O3 as the raw material for the synthesis of aluminates. In this paper, aluminate compounds were used to study the effects of different aluminate preparation processes, calcination temperature, holding time and sintering atmosphere on the ingredients. According to the reaction The thermogravimetric curve is used to study the change of the physical properties with temperature or time, and the proportion of the sample is calculated according to the weight change of the pattern in different time periods to determine the reaction course of the pattern. Thereby improving the accuracy of aluminate ingredients, to develop a reasonable aluminate synthesis system.
