1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
毕业论文是对大学四年学习情况以及对所做的课题情况的反映,其内容应该包括: (1) 查阅相关文献资料,提出实验计划,明确内容了解课题的研究目的,进行计算,适当调整材料结构模型的氧八面体倾转、阳离子位移和掺杂量,确定其稳定结构。
(2) 探究氧八面体倾转过程中的结构能量变化,找出最稳定合理的结构,对实际样品测试验证,并在此基础上总结实验经验及注意事项,按要求完成毕业论文的写作。
要把毕业论文很好的完成并顺利通过答辩,这就要求学生做到: (1) 认真全面地收集,阅读材料。

2019.01 根据所选课题,查阅相关文献并完成翻译工作 2019.02-2019.04 建立BNT基材料的结构模型,合理调整氧八面体的倾转,同时注意阳离子的位移状况,确定其结构的稳定状态。
2019.05 整理实验数据 2019.06 在实验基础上撰写毕业论文
