选择性光响应水凝胶的制备与表征任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

低临界溶解温度lcst(lower critical solution temperature)类水凝胶可感知外界温度的细微变化并产生体积相变,这种特性引起了人们的极大关注,广泛应用于药物控制释放、分离膜、固定酶等方面。

代表性的lcst类水凝胶有聚n-异丙基丙烯酰胺(pnipaam)类,聚甲基乙烯基醚(mve)类,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(hema)类等,其中pnipaam水凝胶由于其lcst在32℃左右,与人体温度接近,若调节聚合物骨架中的亲水组分和疏水组分,lcst还可上下变化,因此其在lcst类水凝胶中尤受人们的青睐。

目前多数研究者认为nipaam分子热敏性与结构中的疏水性异丙基和亲水性酰胺基有关,它们分别位于凝胶网络中亲疏水区域,且存在亲疏水平衡。
