手糊法制备玻璃钢集装箱的设计毕业论文

摘 要
本文介绍了集装箱典型的几种种类和它们分别的特点。阐述了玻璃钢的一些典型的特点及其工艺流程。手糊法成型的制备过程是本文的重点。所需的基体材料、增强材料则根据具体的设计要求进行选择。描述设计玻璃钢集装箱的具体过程,并且通过计算数据校验其准确性与可行性。描述了手糊法的具体可行的工艺过程,并根据设计的具体要求计算其工艺参数。根据数据绘制出产品外观。得到的顶板长1818mm,宽2338mm,厚36mm;端壁板长2338mm,宽2216mm,厚24mm;侧壁板长1818mm,宽2216mm,厚24mm;底板长2338mm,宽1818mm,厚20mm,筋条宽30mm,筋条高36mm,加筋间距A为200mm。
复合材料集装箱的广泛应用,不但可以满足行业的发展,而且对于节省运输能源有很大的意义。研究复合材料在集装箱制造领域中的应用,拓宽复合材料在各方面的使用途径,大力发展专业运输。对其研发和应用在我国还只是开端,其他国家对它的使用也很少,缺少较为完善的应用。玻璃钢集装箱在我国的发展还有很多不足,我们还需要去研究很多相关的课题,如:成本的控制、耐用度、防止其他物质的腐蚀、对于其荷载的设计、特种集装箱的研发等。虽然国家已经大大加强了投入,玻璃钢集装箱技术在很多的技术专家的努力下得到了很大的进展。但是目前由于市场的供不应求,所以不得不进一步加大对于这项技术的研究。

Abstract
This design describes the types and characteristics of containers. The characteristics of GFRP, the characteristics and processes of several traditional molding technologies of GFRP are introduced. This paper focus on the preparation process of hand lay-up method and select hand lay based on the design matrix using the resin and reinforcing materials. The structure of the glass fiber reinforced plastic container is described and verified. The main parameters of this design are calculated in accordance with the requirements of the container structure. Appearance of the product is drawn by CATIA soft based on these main parameters. The design finally gets the length、the width and the thickness of glass fiber container roof are 1818mm 、2338mm and 36mm respectively. The length、the width and the thickness of the side panel are 2216mm、2338mm and 24mm respectively. The length、the width and the thickness of the wall board are 1818mm、2216mm and 24mm respectively. The length、the width and the thickness of the bottom plank are 2338mm、1818mm and 20mm respectively. The width and the height of the rib are 30mm and 36mm respectively . The length of the space between ribs is 200m.
Composite container to freight transport, both to meet the development needs of the industry, and save a lot of energy for transport. Study on application of composite materials in the manufacture of containers, to further expand the scope of application of new composite materials and actively developing personalized professional transport. On the development and use in China is only the beginning, using short time around the world, the lack of more mature experience. Development of glass fiber reinforced plastic container in China there are still many topics waiting to research, such as decreasing life boxes cost, appraisal, anti-aging, improving design and development to increase the weight and volume, special containers and so on. Although countries increased input in this regard, as well as the majority of scientific research personnel for their hard efforts, had been obtained the rapid development of glass fiber reinforced plastic container technology. But because the market demand is far greater than we are able to achieve output of, and therefore research in this area needs further in-depth.
