MoO3薄膜的光致变色特性研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着纳米科学、光电子学以及超分子化学等学科的蓬勃发展,光致变色材料在信息显示、传感器、超高密度光信息存储及防伪辨伪等许多方面展现出巨大的应用前景。三氧化钼(MoO3)是一种多功能半导体材料,因其有独特的二维结构、优异的光学和电学性质得到了越来越多的关注,有望成为制备高迁移率场效应晶体管、光信息存储器和光记录器件的候选材料。

本文采用真空热蒸发方法在玻璃衬底上沉积三氧化钼薄膜,系统地研究了沉积室内气压对在MoO3薄膜的结构性质和光学性质的影响。重点对MoO3薄膜的光致变色性能进行了研究。

Abstract

With the rapid developments of nano-science, optoelectronics, supramolecular chemistry and so on, the photochromic materials have promising applications in information display, sensor, super high density optical data storage and security detection of forgeries, etc. Molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) is a new versatile semiconductor material which has attracted much attention for its unique two-dimensional structure, excellent optical and electrical properties. It is expected to be candidate materials for preparing high mobility field effect transistors, optical information storage and optical recording devices.

In this work, a series of MoO3 thin films were deposited on glass substrates by thermal evaporation technology. The gas pressure dependent structural and optical properties of MoO3 thin films were studied systematically. Especially, the photochromic property of MoO3 thin films.
