摘 要

骨料作为混凝土的重要组成部分,其表面形态、内部孔隙率对混凝土材料的性能有着重要的影响。高炉矿渣是冶炼生铁时从高炉中排出的副产品,是冶金行业中产生数量较多的一种废渣。用重矿渣碎石代替天然碎石作为混凝土的骨料是冶金渣综合利用的有效途径之一。但重矿渣碎石其表面形态和内部结构与天然碎石相比,明显不同,其表面和内部存在着大量的孔洞。

本课题拟选用多孔重矿渣碎石和天然碎石作为研究对象。分别从外部和内部两个角度去表征这两类骨料的形态和结构,并研究重矿渣对混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,天然石内部没有明显的孔洞,而矿渣石内部有明显的孔,粒径为5-10mm、10-20mm和20-31.5mm的矿渣石内部孔隙率分别为8.3%、9.6%、11.2%;矿渣石表面比天然石有更多更深的凹坑,矿渣石和天然石表面平均孔隙率为0.39%和0.07%,矿渣石和天然石表面坑深分别为1.1mm和0.5mm,这使得矿渣石与水泥浆体间的“咬合”作用较强。矿渣混凝土的力学性能(抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量)均优于天然砂、石混凝土。

Effect of surface morphology of slag aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete

Abstract

Aggregate as an important part of the concrete, its surface morphology and internal porosity has important influence on the performance of concrete material. Blast furnace slag is one of metallurgical industry waste residues,as a by-product of smelting. Using heavy slag instead of natural gravel as aggregate in concrete is one of the effective ways of comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag. But the surface morphology and internal structure of heavy slag are obviously different with natural gravel.

In this paper, the porous heavy slag aggregate and natural gravel were chosen as the research objects. The surface morphology and internal structure of these two aggregates were studied. And the effect of porous heavy slag aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete was researched. The testing results shown that the internal and external porosity of the porous aggregates were significantly higher than the natural one. The internal porosities of heavy slag were 8.3%, 9.6% and 11.2% respectively, with the size of 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm. And the average external porosities of the heavy slag and natural gravel were 0.39% and 0.07 respectively. Besides, the average depth of the surficial concaves of heavy slag was also higher than natural one. The depth of the concave of the heavy slag aggregates and the gravel were 1.1mm and 0.5mm. Furthermore, the mechanical properties, such as compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and so on, of the heavy slag concrete were better than the normal one, for there were more quantities and more deeper pores in the surface of porous aggregates
