摘 要

在21世纪，计算机技术和网络的结合变得越来越密切。传统的独立应用软件逐渐退出舞台。信息化社会的形成得益于电子科学等相关技术的快速进步，也因此面临着工作效率低下与传统管理模式固化的挑战。信息是组织进行有效管理的基础，也是制定正确的战略决定的基础。在一个组织中，信息已成为人力资源，物质资源和财政资源之外的第四大资源。但是，信息是一种超脱了物质形式的新兴资源，与其他的资源类型所不一样的是，信息资源作为管理的对象之一，必须对它有所把控。人才招聘系统是通过使用IT手段来进行人才招聘与兼职信息交易管理的平台。这个平台可以用来收集和存储人才的身份以及招聘求职历史等信息，同时提供了定时更新和精确搜索招聘信息与简历的界面，最终提高了工作效率。

随着社会经济的健康蓬勃发展，社会各公司的就业类型不断增加。如何充分运用互联网技术，实现兼职人员、中介和用人公司的交互和管理，已成为当前亟待解决的问题。为此，本文运用互联网技术、数据库技术，设计了兼职管理系统，实现公司和中介方兼职信息的发布，求职人员对兼职信息的快速查看、职位的选择等功能，以满足当前兼职求职过程的管理，这将改善兼职工作的科学和便捷管理。

Abstract

In the 21st century, the combination of computer technology and network becomes more and more close. Traditional stand-alone applications are fading. The formation of the information society benefits from the rapid progress of electronic science and other related technologies, so it faces the challenge of low work efficiency and the solidification of traditional management mode. Information is the basis for effective management of an organization and for making correct strategic decisions. In an organization, information has become the fourth largest resource besides human, material and financial resources. However, information is an emerging resource that is beyond the material form. Different from other resource types, information resource, as one of the objects of management, must be controlled. Talent recruitment system is to use IT means to conduct talent recruitment and part-time information trading management platform. The platform can be used to collect and store information such as the identity of talents and the history of recruitment and job hunting. Meanwhile, it also provides an interface for regularly updating and searching recruitment information and resumes accurately, which ultimately improves work efficiency.

With the rapid development of China's economy, the types of employment of enterprises have been increasing. Among them, the forms of temporary part-time and short-term employment have already reached a considerable scale. How to make full use of Internet technology to realize the interaction and management of part-time personnel, intermediaries and employers has become an urgent problem to be solved. To this end, this paper uses Internet technology and database technology to design a part-time management system to realize the release of part-time information of the company and the intermediary. 第1章 绪论

1.1课题研究背景

曾经是科研院所，大中型企业的象征，如今却进入寻常百姓家，互联网已经遍布世界各地。借助互联网与计算机的相关技术，起草文件，修改数据，纸张打印，事件记录，数据检索，综合统计分析，分类和数据库管理等功能都更加方便快捷。利用科学的方法处理没有规律的信息，从而达到整齐有规律，便利快捷的信息处理与共享、存储和分析已成为流行。

另一方面，虽然当前社会经济与科技水平的蓬勃发展，但是大学生尤其是本科毕业生的就业形势却越发不容乐观，越来越多的大学生选择在校期间就开始接触兼职工作。这不仅可以缓解自身家庭的教育支出经济压力，还可以为接触社会创造更多的机会，从而获得一些宝贵的实用技能与工作经验，提高大学生们的动手操作能力。但是，大部分校园兼职信息网站都缺乏有效的安全认证保障与信息管理制度。用户可以较为轻松的使用虚假信息进行注册，进而导致兼职平台无法管控出现的大量虚假兼职信息，因此也无法保证兼职信息的可靠性。设计和开发“兼职轻松求”系统，是希望该系统具有独特的用户（求职人员与招聘人员）信息验证功能。它不仅为双方提供了有效的信息交流平台，同时也保证了信息的可靠性和时效性，而且在丰富大学生课外生活，提高大学生自身素质方面发挥了巨大的作用。
