摘 要

互联网 的时代到来，促进了软件行业的飞速发展，现如今手机软件运用到生活的各个角落，软件开发的各种技术也在逐步更新迭代。人们生活在被网络覆盖的城市，不限时间地点就可以通过操作手机软件购买生活必需品，生活质量得到大幅度的提高，生活水平逐渐上升，人们对生活的满意度不断刷新纪录。新时代需要各个行业也做出改革，学校奖学金信息管理的传统模式急需淘汰，新的互联网模式管理系统需要在学校投入使用。这就需要我们开发出一款针对高校的奖学金管理系统来进行奖学金信息的管理，提高奖学金评定管理工作效率，使奖学金管理工作能够更加多样、灵活、高效，极大的适应日益变化的社会。

本系统是基于个人网页设计为基础的一个奖学金管理系统，采用的是JSP技术和主流的Java语言，研究基于B/S结构的在线信息管理平台的实现。（1）该奖学金管理系统主要通过MyEclipse8.0软件进行前台开发设计，采用Mysql数据库作为开发奖学金管理系统的后台数据库，进而实现用户注册，用户权限登录及管理用户、信息等功能。（2）本次开发的基于Java的奖学金管理系统分成辅导员，学工办主任，学工部以及学生四部分操作权限。（3）学生用户通过账号密码登录，可修改或完善自己的个人资料信息，能够提交或撤回奖学金申请信息，同时学生用户也可以管理奖学金申报信息，可以随时查看奖学金申请信息的进展情况。（4）辅导员登录后可以查询和管理学生的奖学金申请信息，可以修改个人信息资料。学工办主任和学工部老师可以对学生提交的奖学金申报信息进行审核或者删除操作，只有学工部老师审核通过的学生最终才能获得奖学金。

通过翻阅大量参考资料，结合学校实际的学生、专业、评定指标的情况以及自己的工作，经过实际的需求分析，通过艰辛的努力，在老师和同学的帮助下克服了很多疑惑问题，最终实现了基于Java的奖学金管理系统的基本功能，本系统能够实现简单的奖学金信息管理。相信在未来诸如学籍管理系统、学生信息管理系统、奖学金评定管理系统等的研发，并且在高校的投入和使用，将大幅提高学生信息、奖学金管理工作的安全性，彻底实现现代化的无纸化、网络化办公，从而实现提高高效学生管理、奖学金评定管理工作效率的目的[^[1]]。

Abstract

The arrival of the Internet era has promoted the rapid development of the software industry.Nowadays,mobile phone software is used in every corner of our life,and various technologies for software development are gradually being updated and iterated.People live in cities covered by the Internet.They can use their mobile phone software to purchase necessities for life without restrictions.people’s life quality is greatly improved,their living standards are gradually rising,and people’s satisfaction with their lives is constantly being updated.The new era requires various industries to make reforms.The traditional model of school scholarship information management is in urgent need of elimination.The new Internet model management system needs to be put into use in schools.This requires us to develop a scholarship management system for colleges and universities to manage the scholarship information,improve the efficiency of scholarship assessment management work,make the scholarship management work more diverse,flexible,efficient,and greatly adapt to the ever-changing society.

This system is a scholarship management system based on personal webpage design. It uses an information management platform combining JSP technology and the mainstream java language to study the realization of an online management platform based on B/S mode. (1)The scholarship management system mainly uses the MyEclipse8.0 software for front-end development and design, and uses the Mysql database as the background database for the development of the scholarship management system, thereby realizing user registration, user authority login, and management of user and information functions.(2)The Java-based scholarship management system developed this time is divided into the counselor, the director of the student office, the Ministry of Education, and the student's four-part operation authority. (3)Student users log in with their account passwords, can modify or improve their own personal information, can submit or withdraw scholarship application information, and students can also manage scholarship application information, and they can check the progress of the scholarship application at any time.(4)After the counselor logs in, he can query and manage student scholarship application information, and can modify personal information. The director of the School of Engineering Office and the teacher of the Ministry of Education and Industry may review or delete the scholarship application information submitted by the students. Only the students who are approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education will eventually receive the scholarship.

Through reading a large amount of reference materials, I combined the actual conditions of the students scores, majors, assessment indicators, and my own work. Through actual needs analysis, through painstaking efforts, I overcome many doubts with the help of teachers and classmates. The basic function of the Java-based scholarship management system on the web page, the system can achieve simple scholarship information management. I believe that research and development such as the student status management system, student information management system, and scholarship evaluation management system, etc. and the input and use of colleges and universities will greatly increase the safety of student information and scholarship management work, and completely realize the modernization of paperlessness and network. in order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of efficient student management, scholarship evaluation and management work.
