摘 要

近年来，我国基础教育迎来了蓬勃发展的新局面，各中小学招生规模的持续增加，学校对学生人身安全管理负担越来越重，家长对孩子的在校时间的了解情况越来越有需求。传统的学生考勤为人工或者13.5M的刷卡式考勤，这使得这项工作变得非常复杂而没有效率。如何提高学生考勤管理的水平和效率，建立智能化的学生考勤管理系统成为学校信息化建设过程亟待解决的重要问题。因此，研究如何建立先进、安全、跨平台、高效率的智能考勤管理应用系统具有重要意义。

论文介绍了基于RFID家校通智能考勤系统开发的背景和国内外校园数字化智能化考勤系统的发展现状，并对基于RFID家校通智能考勤系统的关键技术做了分析，详细阐述了系统需要解决的问题。通过对中小学智能考勤市场的需求分析，对系统的体系结构、工作流程、系统功能、数据结构方面进行了整体设计，采用硬件终端加服务器软件相结合的方式，利用2.4GHz高频读头来采集标签信息，然后通过智能终端将数据上传到后台服务器，经过服务器的数据处理，一方面可向短信息网关发出指令，电信将学生到校时间等信息发送到家长手机上；另一方面学校可以通过学校管理系统来统计学生的出勤情况。系统主要由前端硬件、家校通服务器和相关软件管理平台组成。实现学校对学生和教职员工的高效、直观的考勤；实现了家长实时、便捷地获取学生出入校信息。

本课题设计实现的系统已经成功运行，达到了预期需求的开发目标。系统的开发应用体现了当今学生考勤管理技术的自动化、智能化、信息化的发展方向，提高了管理人员的管理水平、管理效率，提高了家长对孩子出入学校信息的掌握程度，增强了学校和家长对学生出入学校信息的掌握程度，能够及时对特殊情况作出反馈，从而有效的达到了建设平安校园这一目的。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, China's basic education in the new situation that the booming, the primary and secondary school recruitment of students scale increasing, increasingly heavy burden on school management of the personal safety of students, parents of children in school time to know the situation more and more demand. Traditional students attendance for artificial or 13.5 M to brush card attendance, this makes the job become very complicated and inefficient. Paper introduces the intelligent attendance system based on RFID parent-school communication development background and the domestic and foreign digital campus intelligent attendance system development present situation, and based on RFID parent-school communication key technology of intelligent system of check on work attendance, detailed elaborated the system needs to solve the problem. Through to the intelligence of primary and secondary schools attendance market demand analysis, the system architecture, working process, system function, data structure has carried on the overall design, by adopting the combination of hardware terminal and server software, using the 2.4GHz frequency reading head to gather tag information, and then through intelligent terminal data uploaded to the backend server, after data processing server, on the one hand can send instruction to short message gateway, telecom will students get to school time and other information sent to the parents on the phone; On the other hand, schools can through the school of student attendance management system to statistics. System mainly consists of front-end hardware, home school communication server and related software management platform. School for students, faculty and staff efficiency, intuitive attendance; Realized the real-time, convenient for parents to keep students out of the campus information.

This topic design has run successfully, the system reached the expected requirements of the development goals. System development and application of reflects today's students attendance management technology the development direction of automation, intelligent, informatization, improve the management level of the management, management efficiency, improve the degree of parents of children in and out of the school information control, strengthen the school and parents for students to master degree in and out of the school information and to be able to timely feedback to special circumstances, so as to effectively achieve the construction of safe campus this purpose.

1.1 项目背景

2010年4月30日以来，40天内发生5起校园惨案，校园安全引起社会高度重视。随着国家相关政策的出台，“平安校园”、“数字校园”建设相继展开，安防产品在校园中的应用越来越多，几乎包括了安防所有方面的产品。越来越多的学校选择了科学、有效，且节约人力物力的技防作为保护校园安全的重要手段，而部分城市更对此作出了强制性的规定，以保障校园安全。在宏观上，作为社会安全的一部分，学校安全直接涉及整个社会的稳定，直接关系到学生家庭的幸福，由孩子意外伤害导致的家庭悲剧不胜枚举，建设和谐校园也相应地成为建设和谐社会的重要组成部分；在微观上，学校安全事故的发生直接影响着学生身心的发展，在大多数情况下，安全事故不仅会使学生的身体受到伤害，而且会危及他们的心理健康，甚至会产生持久的消极影响。因此，防止学校安全事故的发生，驱散这片笼罩在学校上空的阴霾，净化学生身心发展的环境，是每个教育者迫切需要考虑的问题。

对校园的管理应该从校园大门开始，有效的防止外来人员的进入是对校园安全的一个基础保障。对在校住宿的学生的情况的掌握和信息的传达，也成为了校园管理的重点。因此，针对校园现行的管理问题，开发出了校园无障碍出入管理系统对校园管理是非常必要的，具有一定的现实意义。彻底解决了家长、学校的信息沟通，是保证学生出入安全及管理学生校外活动的一种有效手段。  

现在的互联网相当发达，几乎人手一部手机，这为“家校通”的铺设打下了坚实的基础，我们通过将RFID技术、无线通信技术、计算机技术引入到校园中并加以融合，架起了一座学校和家长沟通的平台，做到进出你知我也知，遇到突发状态能够及时连接家长。同时我们融入了新的功能，为学校信息统一化做出了新的探索。

1.2 传统的技术手段不能解决问题

目前关于校园大门口各个学校采取了很多的传统管理手段，但很难达到理想的管理目标。

1.视频监控系统

越来越多的学校选择了视频监控系统，视频监控系统可以起到两个作用，一是防止内部问题，对校园内的学生起到一个威慑的作用。二是查证作用。但却不能事先预防，控制外来人员，一旦出了问题，即使查到录像也是“悔之晚矣”。

2.考勤机与指纹机

考勤机与指纹机的需要学生停留，速度比较慢。需要管理人员目不转睛地监督，不论是学生还是管理员，很难坚持一周。考勤机与指纹机的软件专为企业设计，不适合学校，例如没有实时照片显示、实时数据采集、没有联动视频监控等功能。
