本课题基于三维电磁场仿真软件hfss和类似于准光学天线的集总源法,对一个0.8-1.5 thz 超宽频段波导型射频耦合电路进行详细的分析研究。
射频耦合电路系统包括波导、波导到微带转换电路、微带低通滤波器三部分设计。
本论文采用电磁场仿真软件hfss模拟射频耦合电路,系统分析波导尺寸、微带低通滤波器尺寸、耦合点尺寸等对电路宽带频率特性的影响,系统分析耦合电路哪些关键尺寸对嵌入阻抗的影响最大,进行数据总结和分析。
