摘 要

随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。企业要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。

钢板(Stencil)用于SMT生产技术中心制造的生产中，钢板内部有网状小孔，用来把半液体半固体状态的锡浆印到PCB板上 ,而钢网上的孔正好是对应PCB板上的焊盘。在生产环节中，钢板有损耗，需要清洗和管控，并且单凭人工无法直接判断钢板的使用情况，因而需要一个管控钢板的系统。钢板管理系统是典型的信息管理系统，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端的应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立数据的一致性和完整性。对于后者则要求应用程序功能的完备，易用等特点。基于上述考虑本系统主要利用VB6.0作前端的应用开发工具，利用SQL server 2010作为后台数据库，利用WINDOWS作为系统平台开发的钢板管理系统。本钢板管理系统利用软件工程化思想和方法，总体上是采用结构化生命法进行系统分析和设计的，而系统实现等步骤则采用了原型法和面对对象的方法。

Stencil Manage System based on Visual Basic 6.0 and Sql server 2010

Abstract

　　With more and more deeply application of information technology, the implementation of the management information system has gradually matured in technology. To the development and survival of the company, to efficiently organizing the internal activity organically, Management information system corresponding to their own characteristics of must be set up.

Stencil is used in SMT production technology center of manufacturing production. Stencil internal mesh holes, it is used for the liquid and solid state of solder paste printing on the PCB, and stencil net hole is corresponding bonding pad on the PCB. In production process, the stencil gets loss, so it needs to be cleaned and controlled, and artificial control alone cannot directly estimate the usage of stencil. Therefore it needs control system. Stencil manage system is a typical application of managing information system, its development mainly includes establishment and maintenance of the backstage database and front-end application development. For the former requirement, it needs to establish data consistency and integrity. For the latter requires, it needs the application function complete, easy to use, etc. Based on the consideration above, this system mainly uses VB6.0 as front-end application development tool, SQL server 2010 as the backstage database, WINDOWS as system platform. This stencil manage system uses the software engineering ideas and methods. Overall structural life method is adopted to system analysis and design, while using the prototype system implementation steps and the method of facing object.

第一章 绪论

1.1 引言

随着生产规模不断扩大，越来越多的产品或者材料需要工具进行管控，有关信息量也成倍增长。在生产环节中，面对庞大的信息量需要有管理系统来提高对于生产线材料或者工具的精确管控。在生产使用过程中，钢板有消耗，重复使用，报废等情况，因而钢板的管控直接影响到钢板使用的质量。随着钢板的重复使用耐久度下降，受人识别能力影响，无法直接有效准确判断此时的钢板是否在使用范围内。钢板管理系统作为生产中一个重要的环节，有着非常重要的地位。对于钢板使用情况的精确管控，可以大大降低生产成本，节约人力物力。

1.2 课题背景和研究意义

钢板系统的管控包括钢板基本信息的维护，钢板的入库(In Store)，取出/使用(Get Out/In Use),离线(Un tread),清洗(Clean),张力测试(Tension Test),回库(Back to Store)等。在生产使用过程中，钢板有消耗，重复使用，报废等情况，因而钢板的管控直接影响到钢板使用的质量。随着钢板的重复使用耐久度下降，受人识别能力影响，无法直接有效准确判断此时的钢板是否在使用范围内。对于钢板的使用流程添加管控系统，可以明确的了解查询钢板的信息，并且大大减少人工成本，提高准确度。
