摘要
本课题设计了一个音频矢量网络分析仪。该仪器可用于测量二端口线性非时变网络的频率特性,包括幅频特性和相频特性。此分析仪的可测量频率特性范围是0~20KHz,相频特性测量的分辨率是1°,除了音频方面的测量外,还可用于自动控制和振动等方面的测量。此仪器是一种智能仪器,其特点主要有:采用C8051F005单片机进行控制,片内有60KB的Flash ROM和2KB 的RAM,用户则不需要外扩存储器,此单片机还附带一个12位的A/D转换器,并带有采样保持功能。除此之外,此单片机是两通道串行通讯接口,可用于异步或同步模式。本仪器还采用直接数字合成(DDS)芯片产生精确的信号源作为被测网络的输入,因此避免了采用压控振荡器(VCO)和锁相环(PLL)难以控制、精度不高的缺点。配备LED显示器可以清楚直观地显示被测网络的幅频、相频特性曲线,对于幅度、相位上的变化关系都可做直观的显示。
本文共分五章:第一章介绍本课题总体方案;第二章介绍了网络分析相关的理论;第三章用来介绍如何用DDS产生频率和相位精确可调的扫频信号源;第四章介绍了幅频特性的测量方法;第五章介绍了相频特性的测量方法。

Abstract
In this paper, a design and implementation of an intelligent, audio frequency,vector network analyzer, based on C8051F005 microcomputer is described. The device is designed for the measurement of the frequency character of a linear,nontime variable,four port network,including the amplitude—frequency character and phase——frequency character of the network measured.The frequency range of the device is from 0 to 20KHz and the resolution of the phase measurement is up to one degree.In addition to measuring the audio side, it can also be used to measure vibration automatic control and other aspects. This instrument is an intelligent instrument , its characteristics are : Using C8051F005 MCU control, on-chip has 60KB of Flash ROM and 2KB of RAM, users will not need external memory , This also comes with a single-chip 12-bit A/D converter with a sample and hold function . In addition, the microcontroller is a two- channel serial communication interface for synchronous or asynchronous mode. The instrument also uses direct digital synthesis (DDS) chip to generate accurate source as the input of the network under test, Thus avoiding the use of a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and phase locked loop (PLL) is difficult to control, accuracy is not high shortcomings. With LED display can clearly visualize the network under test amplitude-frequency, phase-frequency characteristic curve, For the variation of the amplitude and phase can be done on the visual display.
This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces the subject of the overall program; The second chapter introduces the network analysis of relevant theories; The third chapter describes how to use DDS to generate precise frequency and phase adjustable sweep signal source; The fourth chapter describes the method for measuring the amplitude-frequency characteristic; The fifth chapter describes the method for measuring the phase-frequency characteristics.

1. 引言
在无线电测量中,通常需要测量所给网络的响应特性。在这需求上,网络分析仪应运而生,网络分析仪以不同的测量频率范围可分为低频网络分析仪、高频网络分析仪、微波分析仪和射频分析仪。适用于不同频率范围内的网络分析仪所需测量的参数也有所不同。低频和高频网络分析仪通常需要用来测量线性网络的频率特性,用我们所熟知的名词来说就是可以测量幅频特性和相频特性。
