摘 要

本次毕业设计首要是为了完成基于J2EE的合同管理系统的设计与实现，设计包括以下几个模块：页面登录模块、普通合同模块、项目管理模块、公司字典模块。首先管理员可以在登录界面输入账号和密码进行登录，进入云海合同管理系统后,管理员可以在合同管理模块中对合同进行管理,可以进行合同编辑、合同新增、合同查询等。在普通合同管理模块中可以查看已存在的合同,也可以按照合同的分类对合同进行新增合同的操作。项目管理模块用来新增或者编辑合同中的项目名称、项目负责人等。公司字典管理模块可以对公司名称、开户银行进行新增或者编辑。

本系统使用web开发平台，使用java和vue作为开发语言，数据库工具采用MySql，结构采用B/S模式。

本篇文章主要阐述了系统的开发背景，以及对需求的分析，系统的设计与分析，软件编码的实现，对该系统的测试等过程。

Abstract:This graduation project is mainly to complete the design and implementation of contract management system based on J2EE. The design includes the following modules: page login module, general contract module, project management module, company dictionary module. First, the administrator can enter the account number and password in the login interface to log in. After entering the Yunhai contract management system, the administrator can manage the contract in the contract management module, and can edit the contract, add the contract, query the contract, and so on. The existing contracts can be viewed in the ordinary contract management module, and the operation of new contracts can be carried out according to the classification of contracts. The project management module is used to add or edit the project name, project manager, etc. Company dictionary management module can add or edit company name, bank of deposit.

This system uses web development platform, uses java and vue as the development language, and the database tool adopts the MySql, structure to adopt the BES mode.

This paper mainly describes the development background of the system, as well as the analysis of the requirements, the design and analysis of the system, the realization of the software coding, the testing of the system and so on.

1 绪论

1.1 开发背景

现在是网络高速发展的时代，由于网络信息技术的发展还有信息网络的普及，比如智能手机的全面应用，传统的生活方式也因此发生了巨大的改变，在生活、工作、学习等环境中随处可见互联网给人们带来的巨大影响。对于每个人来说，网络更成为了日常生活中不可缺少的部分，伴随着无线网络的覆盖、5G的快速应用、手机、平板等移动终端的兴起、在全球范围内的日益普及，生活变得更加丰富多彩，现在的公司与公司之间的合作，签订的合同也采用网上统一管理的模式，并且有合同到期自动提醒的功能，非常的便捷，也更加节约钱财。

相比于传统的合同管理，网上合同管理保密性更强，管理员必须通过账号密码才可以进入。其次，网上的合同管理更加的清晰直观，对合同生成日期和截止日期有统一的管理与提醒，避免了许多人为造成的错误。

1.2 技术选择

全球现在主流的结构模式主要是C/S模式和B/S模式两种，云海合同根据自身需要和用户的使用范围采用B/S模式。B/S（Brower/Server,浏览器/服务器）模式又称B/S结构，B/S是Web兴起后的另一种网络结构模式。Web浏览器是客户端最主要的应用软件。客户只需要在浏览器上登录自己的账号就可以使用各种功能。B/S工作原理如图1所示：
