1、目的及意义
1.1 研究目的及意义
随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,人才成为我国经济发展的瓶颈,而要想造就人才,归根结底还是要提高教育的质量。从我国的现实情况看,二十世纪的教学模式基本上都是以教师为中心。这种模式的优点是有利于教师主导作用的发挥,便于教师组织、监控整个教学活动进程,便于师生之间的情感交流,因而有利于系统的科学知识的传授,并能充分考虑情感因素在学习过程中的重要作用。其严重弊病则是:完全由教师主宰课堂,忽视学生的主体认知作用,不利于具有创新思维和创新能力的创造型人材的成长(按这种模式培养出的绝大部分是知识型人材而非创造型人材)。
网络教学之所以具有广大的开发应用前景,分析原因主要由以下两个方面的因素所定:
1.广泛的社会需求。随着社会的发展,社会的各方面竞争也日趋激烈,自身的知识水平和文化素养程度成为了很多工作岗位的必备需求。随之而来的结果就是越来越多的人需要再学习再培训,但时间地点等诸多因素的不便往往困扰着人们。同时在校生由于面临教学方式的变化、教学内容的增多、自身条件和兴趣的差异,也迫切需要一种新的教学模式来满足他们的需求。
2. 网络正快速地融入人们的日常生活、工作、学习中,通过网络来获取知识已经成为一种很自然的方式。网络教学与传统的教学模式相比,具有超越时间,超越空间的优势,人们可以随时随地享受到网络教学系统的便捷,而不需要拘泥与固定的时间固定的地点传统教学。它可以充分发挥网络信息资源的优势,随时随地给予学生帮助和获取知识,增加了教学的实时性。同时它又是一种简单高效的教学模式,因而被越来越多的人所认可。

The advantage of this model is beneficial to teachers' leading role play, facilitate teachers' organization, monitoring the whole process of teaching activities, facilitate the emotional communication between teachers and students, thus is advantageous to the system of scientific knowledge to teach, and can give full consideration to the important role of emotional factors in the learning process. The serious disadvantages: is completely dominated by teachers in the classroom, neglecting the students' cognitive function, is not conducive to creative talents with innovative thinking and innovative ability of growth (according to this model produce the vast majority of knowledge talent is rather than the creative talent).
Network teaching has a broad prospect for development and application, and the reasons are mainly determined by the following two factors:
1. Extensive social needs. With the development of society, the competition in all aspects of society is becoming more and more intense, and the level of knowledge and cultural literacy of the society has become a necessary requirement for many jobs. As a result, more and more people need to study and retrain, but the inconvenience of many factors, such as time and place, often bothers people. At the same time, students are in urgent need of a new teaching mode to meet their needs because of the change of teaching methods, the increase of teaching content, the differences of their own conditions and interests.
