高恒定电流源关键技术的研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着我国经济的快速上升,科学技术也在不断发展,作为电子电阻的动力部分,稳压电压在设计的时候占有最重要的地位,是整个电子电流稳定运行的核心所在,作为稳定电压重要的组成部分,很定电流源是重要的分支之一,在电子电路中获得了广泛应用,因此本文深入分析了高恒定电流源关键技术的研究。
本文首先介绍了恒流源运行的基本原理,研究背景及意义以及当前国内外发展现状;详细介绍了恒流源系统的结构以及组成部分,重点研究了高恒定电流源的关键技术;详细分析了其主要的电路模块,重点分析了恒定电流系统关键元器件的选取,本文的恒定电流源系统采用的是高精度基准电压源以及基于加法器采样的电流串联负反馈方法,通过放大倍数较小的功率放大管冗余并联的方法,有效的提升了系统输出电流的可靠性和稳定性,并对影响功率放大管功耗均衡的因素进行了系统分析,针对衡量源功耗容易出现功耗不平衡,通过功率三极管并联的方法,实现恒流源系统的功耗均衡,提高了系统输出电流的稳定性,最后本文通过实验进行了分析验证,当输出电流为50A的状态下,系统的短期稳定度为406ppm,长期稳定度为746ppm。

Abstract
With the rapid rise in China's economy, science and technology also in development.As part of the electronic resistance power and voltage in design occupies the most important position is core of the electron current and stable operation, the voltage stability as an important part of it is difficult to determine the current source is one of the most important branches of, in the electronic circuit was widely used. So this article deeply analyzes the high constant current source key technology research.
This paper first introduces the basic principle of constant current source, the research background and significance and the current domestic and foreign development present situation; Constant current source system was introduced in detail the structure and component, and the key technology of high constant current source was researched in the paper;analyzes in detail its main circuit modules, focus on the selection of key components, constant current system are analyzed in this paper, the constant current source system USES a high precision reference voltage source and current series negative feedback method based on sampling adder, smaller power tube through the magnification of redundant parallel method, can effectively enhance the reliability and stability of the system output current, and the factors affecting the power consumption of the power tube equilibrium system is analyzed, for measuring source prone to unbalanced power consumption, power consumption, by using the method of power transistor parallel power to realize constant current source system balance, improve the stability of the system output current, at the end of the paper is analyzed through the experiment, when the output current is 50A state, the system of short-term stability of 406 PPM, long-term stability of 746 PPM.
