摘 要

科技飞速发展的力量，将导致传统手动的干洗服务方式被信息化的干洗服务代替。虽然市面上有很多干洗服务软件，但是针对校园的干洗服务软件基本上没有。本文主要设计并且实现了一个操作方便、界面简洁的校园干洗服务管理系统。

本文详细的阐述了完成的设计与实现过程。介绍了系统的研究背景与目的、根据系统需求分析来设计与实现系统、对系统进行测试。系统的设计与实现是本次研究的核心部分，系统的设计分为框架分层设计、数据库设计、模块功能和界面设计三个部分。集成的spring和hibernate被用来搭建和实现校园干洗服务管理系统。

本文采用实际结果与预期结果相比较的测试方法来对校园干洗服务管理系统进行测试，测试的结果显示该系统的稳定性较强、出错率较小。

Abstract

the rapid progress of science and technology in the power of the past to the manual of dry cleaning services by way of information technology, dry cleaning services instead. Although there are a lot of dry cleaning service software on the market, but there is not dry cleaning service software for the campus.This paper mainly designs and implements a simple and convenient campus dry cleaning service management system.

This paper describes in detail the design and implementation process. This paper introduces the research background of the campus dry cleaning service management system,complete designing and achieving the systerm based on requirement analisis. The design and implementation of the system is the core of this research, the design of the system is divided into three parts, the framework of the hierarchical design, database design, module function and interface design. The integrated spring and Hibernate are used to build and implement the campus dry cleaning service management system.

Tesing school dry cleaning systerm by comparing the actual results and intent results,the testing results show that this constancy of systerm is very better,the error rate is very low.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

互联网已渗入至各行各业，从制造业到服务业，均以“互联网 ”的形态在市场竞争中力求突破^[1]。校园线上干洗业是一个前景广阔而又竞争激烈的行业。从中国人在海外疯狂购买奢侈品的行为可以知道，现在中国人不再满足于过去只求温饱的生活状态。如今中国的父母对自己的孩子是越来越溺爱，给予他们的生活自然是竭尽所能，这就导致有的学生连衣服都不会洗。一方面是由于学业的压力不断增大，时间意识不断增强，认为洗衣服浪费的时间不如用来学习或者玩耍。另一方面人们的穿衣质量提高，这对衣物的清洗要求业提出更高的要求^[2]。所以这时寻找专业的干洗机构，将会成为大多数学生的洗衣和洗鞋的选择。

在这样的社会环境和经济环境的变化下，校园线上干洗的服务运营而生。校园线上干洗提供上门收取衣物的服务，为用户节省了来回奔波干洗店的时间，同时能让用户对干洗店的干洗质量有着清晰的了解。相信不久的将来投资人会无法忽略它在服务业中的潜力和价值。

1.2 国内外研究现状

很多在国外生活过的人应该知道，除了干洗店以外的其他的大多数的店铺，可能多少会面临生意惨淡而不得不关门的问题。这是因为干洗店使得人们生活更加方便，同时还提高了人们的生活质量。现在是信息时代，所以把计算机应用到干洗服务管理中是必然的。现在国外比较有名的干洗软件有washio,这个干洗服务管理软件的出现使得干洗店无论是服务质量，还是管理效率和经济收益都提高了很多。

相对于国外来说，我们的干洗服务的信息化发展比较缓慢。目前我国正处于传统的干洗服务管理向信息化干洗服务管理的过渡期。人们对干洗服务的理念也正在慢慢的转变。
