脉搏信号检测与频谱分析毕业论文

摘 要

脉诊是医生用指腹按压患者的动脉,根据脉象的变化了解其身体状况或所患疾病。脉诊是我国古代医学家长期医疗实践的经验总结,本次设计理念就是借鉴了中医脉诊的原理。通过大量脉搏采集样本分析,找出病理特征信息,根据专家经验,设计出一个简易专家诊疗判断系统,实现脉诊技术的普及化。

本次设计可分为两个模块:数据采集和数据处理。在数据采集部分,利用压电晶体传感器测出脉搏信号,然后利用电荷放大电路将微弱的脉搏信号转化为0到3V的电压信号;将放大后的电压信号接到了TMS320F2812微控制器中ADC模块的输入端口,编写ADC代码将脉搏信号数字化;在数据处理部分,是通过快速傅里叶变换去处理已得到的数字信号,最后可以利用CCS软件中的作图工具观察脉搏信号并找出病症的特征频率。

本此设计使用了脉搏传感器与TMS320F2812实现了信号采集、模拟信号数字化与频谱分析,实验结果表明,该方法在较低信噪比环境下能够得到原始脉搏的特征频率。

Pulse signal detection and spectrum analysis

Abstract

The pulse diagnosis is that the doctor presses the patient's arteries with his fingers and knows his or her condition or illness according to changes in the pulse. Pulse diagnosis is a summary of the long-term medical practice of ancient Chinese medical practitioners. This design concept is based on the principle of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.

Through a large number of pulse samples collected to find out the pathological features, according to expert experience, a simple expert diagnosis and treatment judgment system was designed to achieve the popularization of pulse diagnosis technology.

This design can be divided into two modules: data acquisition and data processing. In the data acquisition part, the pulse signal is measured using a piezoelectric crystal sensor, and then the weak pulse signal is converted into a voltage signal of 0 to 3V by a charge amplification circuit; the amplified voltage signal is connected to the ADC module of the TMS320F2812 microcontroller. Input port, write the ADC code to digitize the pulse signal; in the data processing part, the digital signal is processed through the fast Fourier transform, and finally the pulse signal can be observed using the mapping tool in the CCS software to find out the characteristics of the disease frequency.

This design uses a pulse sensor and TMS320F2812 to achieve signal acquisition, analog signal digitization and spectrum analysis. The experimental results show that this method can obtain the original pulse characteristic frequency in a low signal-to-noise ratio environment.
