摘 要

伴随着市场经济的发展，原有的市场格局发生了变化，家政服务市场的原有格局被打破，通过快捷地选择家政服务，可以刺激经济的发展，增加更多的就业岗位，将社会的闲置劳动力利用起来。在城市发展中，家政服务的需求持续地增长，大量家政服务公司也随之发展起来了，这无疑是一个好的趋势。但是经过一系列的调查发现市面上的家政服务公司缺乏信息化的管理，服务人员态度恶劣，客户对家政服务公司不信任的负面影响。为了促进家政服务行业的发展，搭建一套基于为客户和家政服务公司服务的管理信息系统，为客户提供良好的服务，也为公司提供更好的信息化管理。

通过一段时间对家政服务市场的调研，了解客户的基本需求，着手于对家政服务行业流程的剖析，开始对需求和需求数据的结构进行了设计，完成了系统的数据库模型，为了适应市面上主要的浏览器和计算机，决定采用成熟的技术方案，选定J2EE的三层结构，中间部分采用SSH2框架，系统的表层衔接后台的技术采用JSP，经过一系列的设计和实现，开发出严谨和贴合市场的服务系统。

这个系统用来取代还是使用纸质办公和操作计算机相结合的旧模式，将孤立的订单信息，变为更有价值的多元信息。加快公司的派单，方便客户从网络进行预约，为客户提供更加准时，更加高效的服务，让客户直接在网站上进行反馈，更快得到客户的意见，实现管理的快速反应。
