摘 要

在计算机技术发展迅猛的今天，计算机技术已经深入到了人们的生活工作之中，而过去利用纸质文档保存档案的方式，也逐步被计算机技术以及信息技术所取代。而利用计算机技术管理档案，不仅仅可以提高管理效率，也可以方便人们的日常生活。但现在许多公司仍然没有意识到其重要性，仍然利用文本档案来进行人工管理，既不方便管理人员操作，也使得公司在行业竞争中走向末端。因此我利用计算机技术以及信息技术，结合平日所学的知识，设计了这个公司工程技术档案信息管理系统。

本次设计主要是一个利用JSP和JavaBean技术，利用JDBC链接数据库，然后基于b/s模式的后台公司工程技术档案管理系统，并实现了包括档案录入、档案管理、档案查询功能。档案录入模块主要包含的功能有档案任务书、技术指标、工程计划、工程实施、工程验收内容录入功能，用多个部分将一份档案精细化管理，让用户更直观更清晰的看到档案的关键所在，对档案的管理更加细分和清晰化。档案管理模块主要包含档案修改和档案删除模块，档案修改管理，主要是对已录入的档案进行修改管理，并且可以细分到各个部分进行修改，除去了整体修改的冗杂，若有登记错误或者过时的内容，还可以直接删除档案内容。档案查询模块主要实现的功能有根据档案名称、档案性质和档案登记日期查询功能等，主要是方便用户从任何一个角度都能够查询到档案的信息。在技术上利用Myeclipse并配置sql2008数据库来设计实现，系统开发的总体任务是实现企业工程技术档案信息关系的系统化、规范化和自动化。

Abstract

In today's rapid development of the computer technology, the computer technology has gone deep into people's life and work. In the past, the preservation of paper documents archives, have gradually been replaced by the computer technology and information technology. And the use of computer technology management files, not only can improve the management efficiency, but also to facilitate people's daily lives. But now many companies are still not aware of its importance, still use the text file to carry out artificial management, not only to facilitate the management of personnel operations, but also makes the company in the industry competition to the end. So I used the computer technology and information technology, combined with the knowledge learned on weekdays, designed the company's engineering and technical file information management system.

This design is mainly a using JSP and JavaBean technology, using JDBC link to database, then based on B/S mode of company background engineering archives management system, and to achieve the include file input, file management and query functions. File input module contains the main functions of archives, technical indicators, project planning, project implementation, project acceptance of the contents of the input function, with multiple parts will be a file fine management, allowing users to more intuitive to more clearly see the files of the key, more subdivision of archives management and clarity. File management module mainly includes file to modify and file delete module, archives management changes, mainly to the input file has been modified management, and can be subdivided into various parts modified, removed the whole modification of jumbled, if the registration error or out of date, can also delete the contents of the file. The main functions of the file query module are based on the file name, file nature and date query function, etc., which is convenient for users to query the information from any point of view. In the technical use of Myeclipse and configure the sql2008 database to design and implementation, system development of the overall task is to achieve enterprise engineering technology file information system, standardization and automation.

1.1 研究的背景及意义

公司工程技术档案是指企业日常生产经营和各项管理时，形成的对国家、社会和企业本身有保存价值和意义的各种形式的文件材料。一份完整的工程技术档案，应当包含任务书、协议书、技术指标、审批文件、研究计划、方案大纲、技术措施、调查材料、设计材料、试验和工艺记录等。当然也包含了企业的文书档案、技术档案、专利档案、财会档案、人事档案等，全面地展现了企业日常活动的方方面面^[1]。但公司的工程技术档案存在着诸多管理问题，首先是文档的数量庞大，加上种类和应用场景不同，不同的人在不同时期所建立的档案，可能存在过期等一系列需要繁琐操作的管理过程。这给公司的档案管理带来了极大地不便。不仅仅是在录入，还在管理或者查询等功能上有诸多困难，会让公司的管理人员力不从心，从而导致会浪费很多的人力和物力。

从最近几年看，互联网公司的兴起带动了网络信息化的激烈竞争，一个好的企业绝对不会采用上个世纪才用到的文本档案的管理，这样既不方便也会使企业竞争面临落后，甚至导致公司的面临着亏损或者破产的局面。随着计算机技术发展以及网络系统的飞速发展，利用计算机语言加网络编程框架，开发一套企业工程技术档案管理系统，取代传统的纸质档案管理，让档案管理信息化规范化，方便企业进行档案管理，在竞争中取得优势^[2]。
