摘 要

城市公园集游憩娱乐、科教健身、文化艺术、环境生态等多项功能为一体，既是人们的“精神家园”，也是是现代化的“城市绿洲”，更是衡量城市环境水平和居民生活质量的重要指标。随着城市发展成为建设热点时，城市公园不断发展建设也出现了很多问题。例如空间分布不合理，公园地域特色与个性，“千园一面”。作为中部崛起的大城市武汉，其城市各方面建设都在飞速完善，其城市公园的建设现状也是武汉城市发展水平的一个体现。本文以武汉市武昌区为例通从公园的可达性及公园的使用者满意度俩个方面，分析武汉城市公园的服务现状。

首先，可达性分析采用费用加权距离法，以道路交通网络的矢量数据为基础，以时间为阻抗，分别对步行、自行车和汽车出行方式下公园的空间服务范围进行分析，了解武昌区公园的空间布局和可达性情况。

其次，选取部分公园以问卷调查形式进行了使用者满意度调研。通过统计分析和满意度测评探究了使用者对公园各方面建设的满意度情况。

最后，综合分析结果得出武汉外部、内部服务现状，并对改善城市公园可达性、管理建设等方面提出建议。

Abstract

The city park integrates entertainment, science and education, fitness, culture and arts, environmental ecology and many other functions. It is both a “spiritual home” and a modern “urban oasis”. It is also an important measure of the level of the urban environment and the quality of life of residents. index. As urban development has become a hot spot for construction, there have been many problems with the continuous development and construction of urban parks. For example, the spatial distribution is irrational, the park's geographical characteristics and personality, "a thousand park side." As Wuhan, a large city in central China, its various aspects of urban construction are rapidly improving. The status quo of the construction of urban parks is also a reflection of Wuhan's urban development level. This article takes Wuchang District of Wuhan City as an example to analyze the service status of Wuhan City Park from two aspects: the accessibility of the park exterior and the user satisfaction degree in the park.

Firstly, the accessibility analysis uses cost-weighted distance method, based on the vector data of the road traffic network and time as impedance, to analyze the spatial service scope of the park under walking, cycling and car travel modes, and to understand the parks of Wuchang District. Space layout situation.

Secondly, some parks were selected to conduct user satisfaction survey in the form of questionnaire survey. Through statistical analysis and satisfaction evaluation, users' satisfaction with various aspects of park construction explored.

Finally, based on the comprehensive analysis results, the present situation of wuhan's external and internal service is obtained, and Suggestions are put forward to improve the accessibility and management construction of urban parks.

（1）城市发展进程中的矛盾

在城市快速发展的进程中，城市公园的供给端和需求端的矛盾越来越严重。城市公园作为城市公共空间，一般没有直接的经济效益，因而公园用地不断被其他直接产生经济效益的活动所占用。公园绿地面积不断减少，园内景观设计碎片化加剧。城市人口快速的增加，使得公园的服务范围显得乏力；城市居民对生活质量要求的提高使得城市公园的功能服务显得单一匮乏；城市排污的增加，使得公园对环境的净化效应跟不上城市空气、水质污染速度。因此，作为“城市绿肺”和居民的“精神家园”，城市公园的建设需要在城市发展中被重视起来。
