基于时空数据融合的天山典型区雪盖消融变化研究毕业论文

摘 要

季节性积雪是我国西北干旱半干旱区重要的淡水资源,特别是消融期雪盖的时空变化对于山区融雪过程监测、高寒山区局地气候、水资源管理、生态脆弱区生态环境保护等均具有十分重要的意义。对于环境恶劣,气候多变、可达性差的我国天山及周边地区,利用卫星遥感技术监测融雪期雪盖的时空变化是唯一有效的手段,鉴于现有卫星尚缺乏兼具高时空分辨率的遥感数据,且消融期快速变化的雪盖信息对时空分辨率的较高诉求,本文以天山地区玛纳斯河流域为典型区,旨在探索利用时空数据融合手段获取高时空分辨率的反射率数据的构建方法,在此基础上提取消融期高时空分辨率卫星雪盖产品并分析其时空特征。结果表明运用时空自适应性反射率融合模型(STARFM),融合Landsat8-OLS与MODIS09GA 8天反射率产品,可以获取一定精度的反射率融合产品,但积雪相对于其他地物更高的反射率会对融合结果产生一定的影响,基于积雪光谱特征对STARFM算法中窗口尺寸等参数的修正,可提高卫星雪盖数据的识别精度。此融合产品可为融雪期的河川径流量模拟和评估提供重要参考数据,也可以应用在雪灾预警和预报、水文学、气候学等领域的研究。

Research on snow cover information recognition in typical Tianshan area based on spatiotemporal data fusion

ABSTRACT

Seasonal snow cover is an important fresh water resource in arid and semi-arid areas in northwest China, especially the temporal and spatial changes of snow cover during ablation are of great significance for monitoring snowmelt process in mountainous areas, local climate in alpine and cold mountainous areas, water resource management, and ecological environment protection in ecologically fragile areas. Bad for the environment, climate and changeful, poor accessibility of the Tianshan mountains and the surrounding areas in China, using satellite remote sensing monitoring spatial and temporal variations of snowmelt period of snow cover is the only effective means, in view of the existing satellite is still lack of both high space-time resolution remote sensing data, and induces rapid changes of snow cover information on spatial and temporal resolution higher demands, this paper Manas river basin is a typical area in Tianshan area, aims to explore the use of spatio-temporal data fusion method to obtain high space-time resolution reflectivity data construction method, on the basis of extracting induces high space-time resolution satellite snow cover product and analyses its space-time characteristic. Results show that the use of space-time adaptive model (STARFM) reflectivity fusion, the fusion Landsat8 - OLS and 8 days MODIS09GA reflectivity products, the reflectivity of the fusion can obtain certain precision products, but the reflectivity of the snow is higher relative to other features will have certain influence on the fusion results, based on the spectral characteristics of STARFM snow window size correction parameters, such as the algorithm, which can improve the identification precision of the satellite snow cover data. This fusion product can provide important reference data for the simulation and evaluation of river runoff during snowmelt period, and can also be used in the research of snowstorm early warning and forecast, hydrology, climatology and other fields.
