摘 要

本设计通过对国内外文化活动中心的模式及用途、建筑设计的地域性表达、建筑的空间及功能等方面的理论与案例进行分析，为里港村文化活动中心建筑设计提供理论基础及指导意义。

论文主要研究并设计了村镇文化活动中心及广场规划设计。

研究结果表明：文化活动中心建筑设计要明确服务人群的需求，并通过建筑的空间及广场的规划设计以聚拢人群，使人感到安全感并自发的进行更多的交流。建筑设计应与当地的人文景观相协调，表达具有地域性的建筑特色。

本文的特色：在文化活动中心建筑的设计上通过对场地的解读，按功能分区原则布置平面；在建筑设计上体现“以人为本”，为老人提供交流休闲的娱乐场所，为青少年儿童提供学习交流的空间；在建筑形体上，从当地的鄂南建筑中提取“文化符号”以体现文化活动中心所特有地域性。

Abstract

This design through theory and case of domestic and international cultural activities centered model and uses regional expression of architectural design, spatial and functional aspects of the building are analyzed, providing theoretical basis and guidance for the village cultural activities center Alegre Architectural Design .

The main research and design of the village cultural center and Piazza planning design.

The results showed that: a cultural activities center building design service needs to be clear of the crowd, and the crowd gathered, people feel a sense of security and more spontaneous exchanges by building and plaza space planning and design. Architectural design should be coordinated with the local cultural landscape, architectural features have territorial expression.

This article features: In the cultural center building design through the interpretation of the site, according to the functional zoning principle arranged plane; architectural design reflects the "people-oriented", for the elderly exchange leisure and entertainment for young children to learn to communicate space; the architectural form, extracts the "cultural symbols" from the local E'nan building to reflect unique regional cultural centers.

第1章 绪论

在中国经济迅速增长的大背景下，村镇居民的生活水平也随之提高，部分地区已达到中等富裕水平。马斯洛的需求层次理论表明，当人们满足了物质性价值的追求后，人们开始追求对精神、文化交流上的需求；根据里港村现状，村民文化活动中心及广场规划设计，对村民建立社区的情感和归属感具有重要现实意义。

1.1 设计研究的背景

在世界文化活动正处于百花齐放多元并存的迅速发展状态，公共基础设施文化活动建筑是市民日常生活的物质化实体，为市民的文化生活和娱乐活动的出现和发展提供社会基础。同时，在经济不断增长下人们对文化及精神的需求不断增高，文化活动中心建筑成为社区邻里活动交流的必要场所。

首先，中国改革开放30多年来，随着GDP的快速增长，中国的城镇建设迅速发展，文化活动中心已逐渐成为社区服务周边居住区的基础配套设施；其次，据数据统计，国家在“十一五”期间对文化事业费用投资金额达到1220.4亿元是“十五”期间的2.46倍，
