摘 要

当今社会城市化进程不断加快，对城市交通规划提出越来越多的要求。随着可持续发展理念的提出，城市发展过程中也相继产生一系列新的问题，世界各国在城市发展过程中都面临非常严峻的城市问题，城市的发展关乎社会和经济的发展快慢。城市交通在城市发展过程中起着血脉相关的作用。交通系统的顺畅度、便捷度、安全舒适度等都影响着城市的整体运作，影响城市社会和谐、经济发展和环境建设。因此研究城市交通规划发展历程及发展现状对城市建设不断完善和可持续发展至关重要。

武汉是我国华中地区的特大型综合交通枢纽城市，在面临着城市交通供给压力的同时，交通规划发展迅速，有很多优秀的交通规划策略或政策值得借鉴。因此本文选择研究武汉市的交通规划发展历程及其交通现状，以期通过对过去和现在交通规划的相关了解，能够洞察交通规划未来的发展趋势。论文首先通过对国内外交通规划理论及案例的研究总结，了解交通规划的基本发展态势，其次通过调查研究武汉市交通规划近几年的发展进程，总结分析交通规划现状并指出现今仍然存在的交通相关问题并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract

With the high speed of urbanization in our society,people who major in traffic planning is facing more and more questions and requirements.After the sustainable development theory being brought out and the more an more errors being discovered in the urban development areas,countries all over the world are confronted with severely increasing city problem.The urban development ,in some degree,affects the growing speed of our society and economy.What’s more,what urban traffic to urban planning is what blood to human.The degree of the traffic flexibility,convenience,safety and comfort,all of these influence the city’s moving on,the society’s going on smoothly,the economy growing and the environment being built.Therefore,to do research to the history and situation of the urban development is absolutely important to the urban construction and sustainable development.

Wuhan is a very large comprehensive transportation hub city in central China.When facing with the mass of traffic jams and questions,it’s traffic plan develops quickly,and there are a lot of excellent traffic planning strategy or policy is worth using for reference.So by researching on the traffic planning development course and actuality of Wuhan ,I try to know the past and present to comprehend the tendency of traffic planning.The thesis first make a summary of domestic and foreign transportation planning theory and case studies,then look into the basic development trend of traffic planning.Secondly,Through the investigation and study of the development process of Wuhan traffic planning in recent years, the thesis analysis the present traffic planning situation and points out the relevant problems that still exists in traffic planning process ,finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

第1章 绪论

 城市发展进程的阶段大体分为城市化、郊区城市化、乡村城市化、逆城市化等几个相关重要阶段，其本质的发展过程，就是城市的发展不断外扩，空间上不断增大并向外延伸，侵蚀城市周围地区甚至农村的过程，从空间到文化，由外到内，影响其内部人文环境、生活方式、交通规划、基础设施等等体系的发展。城市化不断发展为城市交通规划开辟了发展前路，同时提出更加深刻地要求。城市交通规划服务于城市的发展建设，跟随城市的发展变化而变化。

城市的发展在资源和环境的大背景下，受制于当前的环境以及资源的深度制约，与人们的生活和行为息息相关，城乡规划的可持续发展的程度，深入细致程度，合理程度，都关系到经济基础的夯实和上层建筑的制定。社会的发展依赖于自然的和谐和稳定，依赖于我们赖以生存的物质世界，当今社会由于资源的缺乏，人类的社会活动必须符合可持续发展的理念，城乡规划体系需要与时俱进，顺应环境保护、开源节流的时代号召，渗透可持续发展规划理念。
