摘 要

现在全球经济发展的趋势不断蔓延，在这样的大背景下，我国经济、社会、文化等方面的发展逐渐步入了不断进步发展的一段过程。区域文化是在区域的不断发展进程中经过了时光的不断流逝的沉积和累积渐渐地演生成的，是在一定的区域内形成的具有这些特定区域的特色的文化，反映了这些区域的在历史中不断发展所体现出的人们之间人际交往等关系等特色。区域的发展也会由于区域文化的组成不同和深浅不同而产生各异的发展方向。区域文化和区域经济之间相互作用，相互影响，区域文化一方面为区域的发展提供了人们的精神支持或者说信仰的支撑，另一方面因为一些区域的保守性而太封闭了，不愿意接受其他区域的良好文化，这样反而会使区域的发展停滞不前。

文化与社会、经济的发展之间进行的积极方式的互动才是推进区域迅速、可持续发展的一个重要成分，实现区域文化与区域社会经济协调发展,成为我国区域发展现阶段所需要解决的一项重要的研究课题。本文就区域文化与其对区域的发展作用进行了探究。

1.1选题背景和意义

从历史的不断发展进程来看，区域发展与区域文化的关系是密不可分的。近现代中国部分地区的文化素质不断进步提升的同时，这些区域的经济社会等条件也在高速发展，它们在对本土文化进行传承的同时，也能够接受外来文化，吸收外来文化的优越因素，不断地发展。由此可以看出，区域经济社会的发展与区域文化是离不开的。

区域的文化、经济和社会是相互影响、相互支撑的，区域文化既能对区域经济和社会发展产生促进的作用，而封闭的区域文化又会阻碍区域的经济与社会发展。本文分析了区域文化的内涵，研究区域文化与区域发展之间的关系，并深度探究了区域文化对区域发展的影响。

1.2国内外研究现状

到目前为止，从各方面收集到的文献资料等学术文章中可以看出，对于区域文化与区域经济的研究不管是在国内还是在国外主要做出的是理论上的理解，而且已经相对具有较高的理解深度，但是对于具有一些地方区域特征的一些区域文化发展中出现的部分表现和过程和对于区域的经济和社会发展研究进行现实中的探讨和研究却没有对于这些在理论上的理解那么深入。就收集到的资料，国内外学者对此研究有着不同的理解。
