摘 要

法律制度的建设和完善是我国建立自贸区的重要方面，法制建设的完善保障了自贸区制度建设过程中解决问题的基础，能够帮助自贸区内各领域交流的顺利进行。自贸区争端解决机制是自贸区法制建设的重点，相关内容主要包括覆盖的领域、解决的方式、仲裁的程序、执行等问题。对于争端解决的建设，不论是贸易双方还是自贸区所在地政府，都是一个重大的需要和期待。对于我国未来的自贸区争端解决机制，应当坚持以“多元解决”为核心，完善我国仲裁相关制度的建设，发挥和发展调解机制的作用，同时兼顾各种解决方式程序的规范情况，建立健全我国的法律制度，为自贸区法制建设提供法律文件的保障。提高社会主体自身的法律素养，理性和谐地解决纠纷，积极构建适合自贸区发展的蓝图。

The construction and perfection of the legal system is an important aspect of the construction of China's free trade area.The perfection of the legal system ensures the foundation of solving problems in the process of the construction of the free trade zone system, and can help the smooth progress of exchanges in various fields within the free trade zone. The dispute settlement mechanism of FTAZ is the focus of the legal construction of FTAZ, and the relevant contents mainly include the areas covered, the way of settlement, the procedure of arbitration, the implementation and so on. The construction of dispute settlement, whether it is the trade parties or the local government of the free trade zone, is a major need and expectation. For China's future dispute settlement mechanism of FTAZ, we should adhere to the "multiple settlement" as the core, improve the construction of China's arbitration system and give full play to and develop mediation mechanisms, take into account the standard situation of various settlement procedures, establish and perfect our legal system, and provide legal documents guarantee for the legal construction of FTAZ. improve the legal literacy of social subjects themselves, solve disputes rationally and harmoniously, and actively build a blueprint suitable for the development of free trade zones.
