摘 要

服装行业不仅仅对人们的生活质量的提升有着重要作用，对于经济发展也有着一定的贡献，作为国民经济的一个重要组成部分，服装行业势必会引起国民的关注，因此就其财务绩效进行分析与评价显得格外重要。本文以财务绩效的评价理论为基石，构建出适合服装公司的财务绩效评价体系；选取了红豆集团的上市公司红豆股份，根据选取的财务指标以及评价体系，进行分析与评价，并指出红豆股份在财务绩效方面存在的问题，提出相关改进的建议并总结。

本文分为六个章节。前三章属于理论叙述部分，为红豆股份财务绩效评价体系的构建奠定了基础，主要是交代一下研究的背景及意义、评价体系的理论基础以及财务指标的选择。后三章是分析、建议、总结，结合选取的10家服装行业上市公司进行分析比对，对红豆股份进行案例分析，得出红豆股份的趋势发展情况以及红豆股份的行业地位，具体分析公司内部的财务绩效，发现问题所在的根本，就此提出弥补的措施，然后进行总结，阐述本文研究存在的不足之处。

Abstract

Garment industry not only plays an important role to the promotion of the quality of people's lives, also has a certain contribution in the development of economy, as an important part of the national economy, is bound to cause the attention of the national garment industry, so the analysis and evaluation on the financial performance is particularly important.Based on the financial performance evaluation theory as the foundation, construct suitable for clothing enterprise financial performance evaluation system;Select Hongdou Industrial Co.,LTD shares of listed companies, according to the selected financial indicators and evaluation system, carries on the analysis and evaluation, and points out that Hongdou Industrial Co.,LTD shares in financial performance problems, put forward relevant improvement Suggestions and summary.

This article is divided into six chapters.The first three chapters part belong to the theory of narrative, for the construction of J Hongdou Industrial Co.,LTD shares financial performance evaluation system laid a solid foundation, mainly stated the research background and significance, the theory foundation of evaluation system and the choice of financial indicators.After chapter three is the analysis, Suggestions and summary, combining with the selection of the 10 garment industry listed company carries on the analysis comparison, case analysis was carried out on the Hongdou Industrial Co.,LTD shares, it is concluded that the trend of the development situation and Hongdou Industrial Co.,LTD shares stake in the industry status, concrete analysis the company's internal financial performance, find the root of the problem, to make up for the measures are put forward, and then summarized and expounded in this paper, we study the existence of deficiency.

第一章 引言

1.1 选题背景

作为我国制造业的重要组成部分——服装行业，在我国的国民经济体系中有着举足轻重的地位。随着世界金融危机的爆发，全球经济不断萎缩，我国服装行业的发展同样遭遇了重创；与此同时，由于我国经济尚处于调整阶段，生产成本增加，给大多数服装公司带来了巨大的压力。

2013 年以来，出现了一批服装公司的倒闭浪潮，温州、泉州等服装行业重镇相继破产关门，服装行业面临着史无前例的大挑战。公司损失惨重、资金链断裂、订单减少、生产成本增加等问题对服装公司的业绩产生了严重的影响。在整个服装行业发展如此不景气的背景下，分析服装行业公司的财务绩效与评价服装公司的综合实力就显得颇为重要。

1.2 研究意义

对于评价服装行业的综合实力来说，构建科学的财务绩效评价体系具有相当重要的意义。一般来说，上市公司的发展水平在一定意义上可以反映整个行业的水平，通过分析与评价这些公司的财务绩效可以看出服装行业整体的情况，评估出服装行业整体的竞争力，找出服装行业在生产经营中存在的一些问题。依据出现的问题，可以为国家制定促进服装行业发展政策提供相关依据；通过对服装公司的财务绩效进行评分、对其综合实力进行排名，可以为股东进行投资管理、战略决策提供参考；通过分析影响服装行业上市公司财务绩效的相关因素，可以为公司经营者进行有效的经营管理提供参考建议。
