摘 要

现阶段，我国很多企业在规模逐渐扩大的过程中，由于企业中存在着多个信息化系统，这些业务系统受到使用范围的限制并且由于各业务系统的技术标准也不完全统一，互相之间没有太大关联性。因此，影响了企业跨地区、跨产权和跨业务间的数据交换及共享。

针对以上问题在管理会计中提出了“业财一体化”的概念即指业务和财务的一体化，具体来说是，运用IT手段，在当业务发生的时候业务能够及时反馈给财务信息流，使财务数据和业务融为一体，确保财务报表真实准确地反映企业的经营状况，以此推动业务财务协同发挥管理及监督职能，最终实现企业价值最大化。目前，比较成熟的解决方法就是通过以财务为核心的ERP（企业资源计划）综合管理系统的建设来进一步优化现有业务流程，推动企业管理水平的提升，实现业务财务一体化的目标。

本研究就以分析ERP环境下业财一体化推进的一般策略，来说明基于ERP系统的业财一体化建设对现代企业发展的意义和作用。文章大体结构如下：首先通过收集相关文献对本文涉及到的相关理论进行论述。其次，提出了基于ERP系统实施的一般战略并具体分析了企业实施ERP系统的可行性，以此为依据总结出当前业财一体化建设中的存在问题，并且整理归纳出适合不同需求的企业的业财一体化推进的具体措施。最后，以案例分析的方法解剖苏宁近20年的ERP发展历程及经验教训，并且针对苏宁发展中具体的问题提出相应的解决策略。

Abstract

At present， many enterprises in our country in the process of scale expands gradually， because there are multiple information system in enterprise， the business system is limited to the scope of use and because each business system of technical standards is not entirely uniform， there is no too big correlation between each other， therefore， affect the enterprise cross-regional， across different property and business data exchange and sharing.

To solve above problems in the management accounting puts forward the concept of "integration of industry goods" which refers to the business and financial integration， namely， by means of TI， when the business happens to timely feedback to financial information， make the financial data and operations， to ensure that the financial statements accurately reflect the real operating conditions of enterprise， to promote the business management and financial synergy play supervision function， finally realizes the enterprise value maximization. At present， the mature solution is through the finance as the core of the construction of ERP integrated management system to further optimize the existing business process， promote the enterprise management level of ascension， to achieve the goal of business financial integration.

This study analyzes the general strategies to promote the integration of industry and finance in the ERP environment to illustrate the significance and role of the integration of industry and finance based on ERP system in the development of modern enterprises. The general structure of this paper is as follows: firstly， the related theories involved in this paper are discussed by collecting relevant literature. Second， the implementation of ERP system is presented based on the general strategy as well as specific analysis of the feasibility of enterprises to implement ERP system， on this basis summarizes the current industry fiscal integration problems in construction， and all the goods for different enterprises industry integration promote the specific measures. Finally， this paper analyzes the ERP development process and experience of suning in the last 20 years with the method of case analysis， and proposes corresponding solutions to the specific problems in suning development.
