摘 要

党 的 十 八 大 报 告 指 出 ：“ 要 支 持 小 微 企 业 ， 特 别 是 科 技 型 小 微 企 业 发 展 ， 科 技 型 小 微 企 业 是 实 现 技 术 创 新 的 高 效 载 体 ， 是 国 家 创 新 体 系 中 最 具 活 力 和 发 展 前 景 的 重 要 元 素 ， 在 提 髙 国 家 综 合 实 力 与 国 际 竞 争 力 中 发 挥 至 关 重 要 的 作 用”。 然 而，在经济形势复杂严峻的背景下,科技型小微企业面临着经营成本上升、人才缺失、税费偏高、融资困难等诸多实际问题，其 中一 个 亟 待 解 决 的 难 题是融 资 难 。 随着科 技 型 小 微 企 业 的 自 身 发 展 和资本市场的 变 化 ， 企 业 的 融 资 需 求 不 能仅仅 依 靠 原 有 的 传 统 融 资 模 式 。 如 果 不 能 及时 做 出 调 整 和 创 新 融 资 模 式 ， 企 业 将 难 以 在 激 烈 的 市 场 竞 争 中 稳 健 的 发 展 。

本 文根据科技型小微企业的现有融资模式和融资现状，对其融资难的原因进行分析，据此提出相应对策，希 望 能 为 新 兴 的 科 技 型 小 微 企 业 在 选 择 融 资 模 式 方 面 提 供 有 用 的 参 考 ， 使 之 能 够 根 据 企 业 发 展 阶 段 和 内 外 环 境 适 时 地 对 融 资 模 式 进 行 调 整 ， 突 破 融 资 困 境 ， 实 现 长 期 快 速 、 稳 定 、 健 康 的 发 展 。

Abstract

The 18' party's report pointed out to support small and micro enterprises (SMEs), especially the development of technology-based SMEs which is an effective carrier to realize technological innovation and is the most dynamic and promising and important elements in national innovation system; they play an important role in raising the national comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. However, under the background of the economic situation that is complicated and grim, the technology-based SMEs in our country is experiencing severe tests. They are facing many problems, such as rising operating costs, lack of talent, high taxes, and financing difficulties and so on. Financing bottleneck is a looming problem. With the development of technology-based SMEs and the change of external environment, the original financing pattern has not adapted to, if they cannot be timely adjusted, companies will find it hard to develop steadily.

In this paper, based on existing financing models and financing status of SMEs, to analyze the reasons for its financing, pursuant to take some measures. This article hopes to provide a beneficial reference to the burgeoning technology-based SMEs in the selection of financing pattern. SMEs can timely adjust the financing pattern according to the development stage and internal and external environment, break through the financing difficulties, in order to realize the long-term, stable, rapid and healthy development.
