摘 要

随着互联网和信息技术的不断普及，人类产生的数据量已呈指数型增长趋势，这个增速也将保持下去，人类已经来到大数据时代。大数据的快速发展影响着社会各领域的深刻变革，比如食品安全、智能城市、医疗卫生体系等领域，同时也引领企业财务领域的发展。

本论文在此背景下，着重关注大数据时代下的企业投资决策，通过文献研究法分析企业投资决策现状，了解大数据的基本概况，采用对比分析法、调查观察法、经验总结法等具体分析了大数据在企业投资决策中的应用价值以及面临的挑战。通过以上研究可知：企业利用大数据技术挖掘、监测与分析各类数据，从海量数据中得到有用信息，发现影响企业投资决策的关键因素，有助于企业制定适应自身的投资决策战略、更全面地推进科学决策进程，保证投资活动的顺利进行，帮助企业利益最大化。同时，庞杂的大数据也会给企业投资决策带来挑战，这需要企业科学合理地利用大数据，控制相关风险点。因此论文从数据收集、数据处理、数据分析、投资决策四方面构建了大数据时代下的企业投资决策框架，并分析了投资决策各阶段需要重点考虑的数据质量特征，提出了企业在大数据时代提升投资决策水平的建议。期望本文的研究能够为企业投资决策提供新思路。

Abstract

With the expansion of network and information technology, the amount of data is growing exponentially, the growth will continue to persist, the age of big data has arrived. The rapid development of the big data gave rise to a profound change in social fields, such as food safety, intelligent city, medical and health care and other fields, but also affects the change in the field of corporate finance.

Under this background, this paper focuses the enterprise investment decision-making in the age of big date, through the literature research to the analysis of current enterprise investment decision, understand the basic situation of the big data. Through contrast analysis, investigation and observation, experience summary and so on to analyze the value of application and the challenge for investment decisions in the time of big date. What has been mentioned above, using the technology of data, we can mine, monitor and analyze various kinds of data, get useful information from huge amounts of data, and find the key factors of the enterprise investment decision. In this way, investment decisions can adapt to their own enterprise strategy, besides the enterprise can make scientific decisions, finish the investment activities successfully and get maximum benefit. At the same time, a vast amount of big data will also bring challenges to the enterprise investment decision-making, it requires that enterprise use the big date scientifically and reasonably but also control points of the risks. In paper the investment decision of enterprise framework is constructed from data collection, data processing, data analysis, investment decision-making such four aspects, and I analyze which characteristics of data quality needs to be addressed in different stages of the investment decision and propose some relative strategic suggestion. Hope that new ideas for enterprise investment decision can provided through the study of this article.

第1章 绪论

1.1研究目的与意义

企业进行正确的投资决策关系着企业的生存发展，同时企业可以通过高质量的投资实现自身价值的最大化。但从目前实际看，企业的投资决策存在着许多突出问题，如投资盲目性、乏实效性，过程缺乏科学性等，因此企业必须提升自身投资决策水平。随着互联网、物联网以及社交网络的发展，新的信息技术革命已经出现，信息量呈井喷式增长。大数据时代下，信息的传递、更新、处理、反馈的速度越来越快，这为企业提供了全面、精确的数据分析平台。2014年财政部下发的《财政部关于全面推进管理会计体系建设的指导意见》明确指出企业要利用大数据推进财务会计信息化建设，大数据可以给企业财务工作带来新思路、新方法，企业可以通过大数据技术从繁杂的数据中挖掘出有用信息，并利用科学的分析预测手段规避经营风险，进行精准的企业投资决策。本篇论文主要目的就是研究大数据时代下投资决策的新思路，探究企业如何利用大数据的优势解决当前在投资决策上存在的问题。
