摘 要

本文主要研究电子行业A上市公司资本结构与企业价值的相关性。由于电子行业在我国经济中占重要地位，因此如何通过改善资本结构来增加企业价值也称为一个重要的研究方向。不同的资本结构对于企业价值有不同的影响，企业通过负债融资可以免交所得税，发挥企业的财务杠杆作用，增加企业价值，但却具有高风险的特征。股权融资风险较低，但却需要承担所得税等费用，成本较高。本文通过电子行业A上市公司资本结构与企业价值的相关分析，以寻求本公司资本结构的优化方案来提升企业价值。

文章第一部分是导论，主要是本文的研究内容研究方法与国内外文献综述等内容；第二部分是A上市公司资本结构现状分析，并指出存在的问题，分析形成原因；第三部分是A上市公司企业价值现状分析，并指出问题分析原因；第四部分是A上市公司资本结构与企业价值相关性分析，理论与市政相结合的方法。第五部分是全文总结与研究展望。

Abstract

This paper master in the relevance between the capital structure and enterprise value of the A listing Corporation in the electronic industry. As the electronic industry occupies an important position in our country's economy， so how to improve the capital structure to increase the value of enterprises is an important research direction. Different capital structure has different influence on the enterprise value. For instance， enterprises can be exempt from income tax through debt financing， and making full use of the effect of financial leverage. But debt financing has high risk. As for the equity financing has a low risk， but it is required to bear the cost of income taxes and so on. This article through the electronic industry A listing Corporation capital structure and enterprise value of the correlation analysis， in order to seek the company's capital structure optimization program to enhance the value of the enterprise. Optimizing the capital structure of enterprises to improve the value of enterprises is important.

The first part is the introduction， mainly includes the research content and the research methods and the overview of literature content. The second part is the analysis of the listed company’s capital structure， and then points out the problems. The third part is a listed company’s value analysis， and points out the cause of the problem. The fourth part is discussing the relevance of a listed company's capital structure and the enterprise value. The fifth part is the summary of the full text and research prospects.

1.1 研究目的及意义

（1）研究目的

电子行业是我国经济中具有战略性、基础性等特点的先导行业，对增加社会就业、优化产业结构和提高我国GDP质量具有十分重要的作用。电子行业目前看来上升势头明显，是发达国家抢战的战略制高点，如美国注重光伏、光电子等高新技术产业的发展；英国也积极实施了“数字英国”等经济复兴计划，志在促进电子行业发展；韩国政府出台韩国IT计划，这些都体现了电子行业目前的重要性。对我国来说也不例外，虽然刚建国时电子信息行业发展缓慢，但改革开放以来，我国电子信息行业每年稳定保持着两位数的增长速度，成绩令人瞩目，电子行业总体规模仅仅低于美国，位居世界第二，随着经济新常态战略的不断推进，电子行业在国民经济中的拉动作用会越来越突出。但是电子行业内也有相当激烈的竞争，如何通过改善资本结构来提升企业价值也就成为其中一个重要的研究方向。

在资产负债表中，资本结构的位置通常位于报表的右面，相对而言报表的左面则是企业的资产结构部分。资本结构说明了企业的资金来源以及企业资金的筹措结果。而资产结构主要代表着一个企业所持有的全部资金的分配情况。不同书籍对企业价值概念的定义有所不同，通常来讲，资产结构是指企业在实际生活中的真实获利水平和未来情形下获利机会的货币化的表现。
