摘 要

随着市场竞争的日益加剧，企业的生存和发展面临严峻挑战，发生财务危机的情况越来越多。因此，对财务危机进行预警以保障企业的正常运行，不仅是企业管理者所要考虑的重要问题，同时也对国民经济稳定发展有着重要的意义。目前国内外对于财务危机的研究主要集中在财务危机预警方面，对于财务危机成因及其应对策略的研究为数不多，而已有的研究多数从一个角度进行，硏究视野不够全面，缺乏实证研究。

本文针对当前国内外研究现状，采取文献归纳法和案例研究法，选择研究对象，深入分析企业财务危机的成因、特征，总结比较传统财务危机应对理论方法的优缺点，最后通过分析L公司的财务概况和相关财务指标，了解其财务风险现状和存在问题，构建和完善L公司财务危机应对体系，并根据分析结果提出合理的应对策略。

Abstract

With the increasingly fierce market competition, the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing severe challenges, the situations of enterprises in the financial crisis are more and more. Therefore, the early warning of the financial crisis to ensure the normal operation of small and medium sized enterprises is not only an important issue for the managers of enterprises, but also an important significance to the steady development of the national economy. At the present the studies on the financial crisis at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in the financial crisis warning, and the study for the causes of the financial crisis and its coping strategies is few in number, but most of studies go from a perspective, and research perspective is not comprehensive enough, and it lacks empirical research.

The paper is pointed at the current status of research at home and abroad, take the methods of literature inductive and case study, choose the small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, and there is an in-depth analysis of the causes and characteristics of the financial crisis of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), sum up and compare advantages and disadvantages of the traditional financial crisis coping theory methods. Finally, through the analysis of L company's financial situation and the relevant financial indicators, we can understand the financial risk status and existing problems to construct and improve the financial crisis response system in L company, and according to the analysis results, this paper puts forward the reasonable countermeasures.

1.1 研究目的及意义

1.1.1 目的

财务危机是指企业无力支付其到期债务或费用的一种经济现象，包括从资金管理技术性失败到破产，以及处于两者之间的各种情况，其实质是由于企业对财务风险失去控制而造成的[^[1]]。任何人创办企业，实际上都会存在财务风险，它对企业在财务管理和生产经营中的任何决策都会产生消极影响。企业如果不能及时控制反而任由财务风险累积，就会发生财务危机，甚至如果没有行之有效的应对措施，财务危机就会恶化。因此，基于深入分析企业财务危机成因及特征，应实时监控企业生产经营状况和资金使用情况，及时揪出隐藏在暗处的财务风险，预测企业在未来可能发生的财务危机，从而在财务危机来临前做好充足的准备，避免或减少企业的损失。

企业财务危机的成因是多方面的，既有内部控制制度缺失的原因，也有企业管理者决策不当的原因，还有外部政策倾斜等原因[^[2]]。企业应以对财务危机过程及其性质的深入分析为基础，将财务危机的预防、控制和处理有机地结合起来，从完善企业治理结构、改善企业经营和财务运营入手，以保证财务安全运行，维护企业持续经营。
