摘 要

中国是水泥产销大国，我国水泥行业自2009年以来进入高景气阶段。2013年我国政府提出“一带一路”战略，鼓励水泥建材企业布局海外。近年来，我国水泥行业稳步发展，行业内诸多公司纷纷进行内部管理转型升级，水泥行业企业想要在现阶段复杂的经济环境下始终保持领先地位，必须重视企业财务报表的分析，着眼于提升其经营效率，及时调整企业战略决策。

水泥行业内企业间竞争日益激烈，只关注财务数据和相关比率的传统财务分析方法局限于历史数据，且忽略了非财务信息，反映的是企业过去的财务经营状况，无法满足在市场环境瞬息万变的当下各方报表信息使用者的需要，难以准确预测企业未来发展前景，难以制定适合企业长远经营的发展战略。

本文引入哈佛分析框架，以海螺水泥公司为案例企业进行综合财务分析。作为水泥行业的领军企业的海螺水泥公司，其发展运营模式在我国水泥行业中具有一定的代表性。在介绍案例企业的基本信息和经营状况后，本文剖析海螺水泥现有财务制度的不足，进而引入哈佛分析框架。本文基于企业未来发展的视角，从企业所处宏观环境来考察企业的财务数据，从战略高度出发，结合会计与财务分析，预测海螺水泥的前景，总结企业发展的经验，最后得出在“一带一路”逐步推进及水泥产能过剩二者并存的局面下，海螺水泥应坚持“T”型发展战略，坚持供给侧改革，加大科研投入和环保投入的结论，希望可以为管理者和投资者的决策提供参考。

Abstract

China is a major cement producer and marketer, and the cement industry has entered a high boom stage since 2009."One belt, one road" strategy put forward by our government in 2013 encouraged cement and building materials enterprises to go abroad..In recent years, China's cement industry has developed steadily, and cement enterprises have actively carried out internal management transformation and upgrading . In order to maintain a leading position in the current complex economic environment, enterprises in the cement industry must focus on improving their operating efficiency, and timely adjust their strategic decisions.

Competition among enterprises in the cement industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The traditional financial analysis method that only focuses on financial data and relevant ratios is limited to historical data and ignores non-financial information, which reflects the financial operation status of enterprises in the past. Therefore, it cannot meet the needs of current users of statements and information of all parties in the rapidly changing market environment. It is difficult to accurately predict the future development prospects of enterprises, and it is difficult to develop suitable for enterprise long-term development strategy.

This paper introduces the Harvard analysis framework, taking conch cement company as a case enterprise to conduct comprehensive financial analysis.As a leading enterprise in the cement industry, the development and operation mode of conch cement is representative in China's cement industry.After introducing the basic information of the case enterprise, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the existing financial system of conch cement, and then introduces the framework of Harvard analysis. Based on one belt, one road is to look at the financial data of enterprises from the perspective of the future development of enterprises. Based on the strategic height, combined with accounting and financial analysis, the future of conch cement is predicted, and the experience of enterprise development is summarized. Finally, it is concluded that Conch Cement should adhere to the "T" development strategy in the situation of "two aspects" and "excess capacity of cement". The conclusion of insisting on supply side reform and increasing investment in scientific research and environmental protection is expected to provide reference for decision-making of managers and investors.

随着我国经济环境的不断变化，市场竞争日益激烈，众多企业纷纷进行内部管理转型升级，财务分析对企业的业务发展与管理转型的关键性日益凸显——强化财务报表分析不仅能够更为全面地反映企业财务状况评价企业经营业绩，还能帮助企业及时根据宏观环境变化做出战略调整，有利于企业稳定和长远发展。

中国是水泥产销大国，自2009年开始，国家投入的“四万亿”资金使得水泥行业进入高景气阶段，带来生产线建设的高峰。2013年我国政府提出“一带一路”国际化战略，鼓励水泥建材企业走出国门。根据《2019年上半年水泥行业经济运行报告》显示，水泥行业“量价齐升”，已经达到了平稳发展期，未来水泥市场总需求还会处于一个平台期，但是水泥行业的过剩产能也在持续积压^[1]。
