摘 要

改革开放四十年以来建筑业高速发展，在规模和质量上均取得了良好的成绩，建筑业总产值很高，就业容纳能力很强，这也是其成为中国国民经济的支柱产业之一的原因，建筑业为中国经济的高速成长做出了重要的贡献。

我国建筑业在总产值方面表现不错，产值水平很高，可是整个行业的盈利能力不太强，盈利水平是第二产业中是最低的。行业产值近几年的利润率处在3.7%左右的水平。我国大多数建企的盈利能力都处于一种下滑趋势，近些年还在持续下降。我国建筑业效率低下、盈利水平下降的问题已经被广泛关注。建筑企业的盈利能力很大程度上反映了企业的市场竞争力，为提高我国建筑企业的综合实力，建筑行业盈利能力低下的问题亟待解决。

本文选取建筑行业的翘楚企业——中国建筑股份有限公司当做案例，对中建公司的盈利能力进行研究。客观准确、合理有效地评价企业的盈利能力，可以帮助他们更好地认识到自身市场竞争力，使政府资金更有效地投向那些综合能力较强的企业；同时这也为研究建筑行业其他企业的盈利能力提供参考，有助于带动行业的发展。

本文通过使用定性定量分析与报表分析、图表分析的方法对中国建筑股份有限公司的盈利情况进行分析，数据化地对公司利润表各项目和费用详细分析，结合杜邦财务分析体系中各指标近几年的发展趋势对公司盈利能力进行分析，并用行业绩效评价标准对公司的盈利状况进行评价。

结合行业发展特点和环境，对公司盈利存在的问题及原因做出说明，发现公司存在成本费用控制不严、管理能力低效、资本结构不合理、依赖宏观经济政策等问题，根据这些问题相应提出加强成本控制，提升项目管理能力、做好费用控制规划，提升企业财务管理水平、发挥财务杠杆作用，优化企业资本结构、关注国家政策，抓住企业发展机遇等应对措施和改进建议。

企业能否持续健康地经营发展，其盈利能力的高低就是一个关键因素。本文研究分析了中建公司的盈利能力并作出评价，发现盈利中的问题和影响因素并提出相应的对策建议，为提升中建公司和建筑业企业的盈利能力有着重要的实用价值。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up forty years ago, the rapid development of the construction industry has achieved good results in both scale and quality. The total output value of the construction industry is very high and the capacity of employment is very strong. This is also the reason why the construction industry has become one of the pillar industries of Chinaamp;apos;s national economy. 

Although the gross output value of the construction industry is high, the profitability of the industry as a whole is not high. In recent years, the profit margin of the industry output value is approximately three point seven percent, which is the lowest in the secondary industry. The profitability of most construction enterprises is in a declining trend and continues to decline in recent years. The problem of low efficiency and declining profitability in China's construction industry has been widely concerned. The profitability of construction enterprises largely reflects their market competitiveness. In order to improve the comprehensive strength of China's construction enterprises, the problem of low profitability in the construction industry needs to be solved urgently.

In this paper, a leading enterprise in the construction industry -- CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING is selected as a case to study its profitability. An objective and reasonable evaluation of an enterprise's profitability will help it to understand its own market competitiveness better, so that the government funds can be invested in those enterprises with strong comprehensive ability more effectively; It also provides reference for the study of the profitability of other enterprises in the construction industry, which can help to promote the development of the industry.

The methods of quantitative analysis, qualitative statement analysis and chart analysis were used to evaluate the profitability of CSCEC in this paper, the expense items of the income statement are statistically analyzed in detail. Combined with the development trend in recent years of various indicators in dupont financial analysis system, the profitability of corporate was analyzed. And I used industry performance evaluation criteria to evaluate the company's profitability at last.

Combining with the characteristics of industry development and the environment, the reasons for the existing problems and make for corporate earnings, I found that the company’s cost control is lax, management inefficiency, capital structure is unreasonable, rely on macroeconomic policies, then I put forward improvement approach and corresponding suggestions such as to strengthen cost control, improve project management ability, good cost control planning, enhance the level of enterprise financial management, use financial leverage rationally, optimization of corporate capital structure, pay close attention to national policy, seize business opportunities, etc. according to these problems.

The profitability of an enterprise is a key factor in its sustainable and healthy operation and development. This paper studies and analyzes the profitability of China construction corporation and makes an evaluation, finds out the problems and influencing factors in the profitability and puts forward improvement approach and corresponding suggestions, which has important practical value for improving the profitability of China construction corporation and construction enterprises.

在经历了金融危机后,中国国民经济形势逐渐回暖。如今随着全球化经济的推进，我国经济正逐步融入全球经济大潮，企业的经营环境将迎来巨大的变化。

在国民经济行业分类中，中建公司所属的建筑业属于“二产”,它也是中国国民经济五大支柱产业之一。通过国家统计局的调查可以看到，近十年来我国建筑业处于一种增长趋势，建筑业的发展可以带动其他行业的发展，有助于为国民经济中其他各行各业的可持续发展提供物质基础保障。
