摘 要

营运资本的管理在企业的日常经营管理活动中非常重要，企业的营运资本管理在很大程度上都会影响企业的绩效。尤其是企业在管理活动中对不同营运资本管理政策的选择更是会对企业的绩效产生重要的影响。

营运资本是通常是指企业的流动资产和流动负债，企业的管理方法通常表现为不同的营运资本管理政策。不同行业的企业最适合的营运资本管理政策并非完全一致，这主要是由行业间的经营要求和特点之间具有差异，企业的营运资本的规模和结构也并不相同的状况导致的。初步的研究分析发现了房地产行业和物流运输行业的营运资本状况差距较明显，具有较强的对比效果。在对比分析后，房地产行业的保利地产和中南建设还有物流运输行业的顺丰控股以及圆通速递都作为了主要的研究对象。对主要研究对象的分析建立在杜邦分析体系之上，主要通过对这四个公司的2018年财务报表进行杜邦分析和对其营运资本特点进行比较，并以权益净利率作为衡量企业绩效的标准。

最终的研究结果表明房地产行业中保利地产的绩效水平高于中南建设，物流运输业中圆通速递的绩效水平高于顺丰控股。对于资金密集型的企业来说，在营运资本管理中要充分发挥流动资产的作用，这样有利于提升企业绩效。而对固定资产等长期资产使用要求较高的企业来说则不能过度依赖于短期筹资，要充分重视对非流动资产的投资，这样才有利于企业绩效的提升。

Research on the influence of working capital management on Enterprise Performance

Abstract

The management fund management is an important content of the management of the daily management of the company, and the management of management funds has an important influence on the management results of the company. There is a serious impact on corporate performance.

Working capital is usually the company's assets and liabilities. The management methods of an enterprise usually show different working capital management policies. The most suitable working capital management policies of enterprises in different industries are not completely the same, which is mainly caused by the differences in business requirements and characteristics between industries, and the different scale and structure of working capital of enterprises. The preliminary analysis confirmed that the capital flow difference between the real estate and logistics departments is obvious, which has a greater comparative effect. After comparative analysis, Poly Real Estate and Zhong Nan Construction in the real estate industry, Shun Feng Holding in the logistics and transportation industry and Yuan Tong Express are the main research objects. The analysis of the main research objects is based on the DuPont analysis system, mainly through the DuPont analysis of the financial statements of the four companies in 2018 and the comparison of their working capital characteristics, and taking the equity net interest rate as the standard to measure enterprise performance.

As a result, I realized that the performance of Poly Real Estate was higher. than that of Zhong Nan Construction, and the performance level of Yuan Tong Express in the logistics and transportation industry is higher than that of SF holdings. For capital intensive enterprises, they should fully respect the role of managing current assets and improve business performance.. For the enterprises with high requirements for the use of long-term assets such as fixed assets, they should not rely on short-term financing excessively, and pay full attention to the investment in noncurrent assets, which is conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance.

营运资本在企业的所有资产中的流动性非常高，不仅是短期偿债能力，企业的资金利用率也能被很好地体现，因此与企业的绩效有着紧密的联系。研究企业的营运资本管理，对于企业提高日常资金使用率，对提高企业绩效具有重要理论意义。
