论文总字数：24330字 摘 要 财务绩效评价，是现代企业经营活动中非常重要的一环，绩效评价具有导向，激励，与考核的作用，其在企业的发展中有着举足轻重的地位。现如今财务绩效的评价方法很多，但由于时代的变迁与企业的发展壮大，传统的绩效评价体系已不太适应当今进经济全球化的形式，而EVA财务绩效评价体系作为新兴指标，可以弥补传统指标的许多不足，从而达到更科学评价企业绩效的目的。 本文的主旨是结合EVA财务绩效评价对中国中铁公司2016-2019年的财务绩效做出分析，首先介绍了财务绩效评价的概念与财务绩效评价的相关理论，其次对EVA的整体概念进行认定，而后根据中国中铁公司的年报对中国中铁公司2016-2019年的EVA值进行计算，最后结合EVA的概念对中国中铁公司的财务绩效进行评价，提出其存在不重视股东权益、盈利能力较弱、股东权益不断减少、偿债能力较弱的结论，并给出要增强创新与盈利能力、增强偿债能力、将管理人员的薪资与EVA挂钩的建议。 关键词：财务绩效评价；EVA；中国中铁公司；经济增加值；铁路基建企业 Financial Performance Evaluation And Analysis of China Railway Based on EVA Abstract Financial performance evaluation is a very important part of modern business activities. Performance evaluation has the role of guidance, motivation, and assessment, and it has a pivotal position in the development of the enterprise. Nowadays, there are many financial performance evaluation methods. However, due to the changes of the times and the development and growth of enterprises, the traditional performance evaluation system is not suitable for the current form of economic globalization. As an emerging indicator, the EVA financial performance evaluation system can make up for the traditional Many deficiencies in the indicators, so as to achieve the purpose of more scientific evaluation of corporate performance. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the financial performance of China Railway Corporation from 2016 to 2019 in combination with EVA financial performance evaluation. First, it introduces the concept of financial performance evaluation and related theories of financial performance evaluation. Secondly, it identifies the overall concept of EVA, and then According to the annual report of China Railway Corporation, the EVA value of China Railway Corporation from 2016 to 2019 is calculated. 1.1 研究背景

绩效评价，是现代企业经营活动中非常重要的一环，绩效评价具有导向，激励，与考核的作用，绩效评价方法的选择与运用直接关系到企业的经济效益与企业的良性循环。但是，面对经济全球化，传统的绩效评价方法如平衡积分卡等有很大的缺陷，尤其是对所有者权益方面考察不足，容易引起企业经营者行为的片面化，短视化。不利于企业的发展。 正因如此，国资委开始在2010年推行EVA考核，并在国企进一步实施。EVA又称经济增加值，其认为，当企业的营收高于企业的投资成本时，价值才会被创造。EVA绩效评价方法在计算时消除了传统绩效评价方法的不足，并可以针对企业的价值创造，给予针对性的评价与建议，给企业提供了发展的方向，增强企业的竞争能力。

1.2 研究目的及意义

本文主要探索研究了EVA指标与企业财务绩效评价指标体系的构建，目的是改进中国中铁公司的财务绩效评价方法，有助于投资人对该公司的财务绩效现状进行全面分析，也可以为企业提供一种更加有效的评价其内部财务绩效的考评体系，对于改进生产作业流程，提高经营管理水平，增强企业竞争力都具有积极的影响作用。
