摘 要

财务运作体系是公司在进行生产经营活动时资金运转的流程，而财务运作则是企业在会计核算之后的步骤。一个公司的财务运作体系里包含着会计核算、内部监督和审计以及财务管理这些不同的“区块”，只有在区块链的环境下，财务运作才能够使得会计核算和财务管理更好地结合在一起。互联网发展至今，每一项新技术的诞生都在深刻的改变人们的生活方式。如今，区块链作为当今时代的一种创新技术的代表，不仅改变了我们的生活方式，而且是信息之间的共享，实现价值的共享。使得在当今时代，越来越多的人关注区块链技术，了解其原理并应用于实践。

本文讲述了上汽集团2016-2019年度的财务运行状况，同时发现集团在现金管理，成本控制管理，应收账款管理，存货管理等方面的问题，并且通过一定财务分析的方法来研究集团的问题。上汽集团在2018年开发并且投入使用汽车区块链物流系统，并且计划在区块链供应链金融等领域与其他企业展开广泛合作。本文将上汽集团的2016-2019年度4年的财务指标进行对比，体现出集团在使用区块链技术之后对企业在盈利管理，资金周转管理，债务融资管理方面产生的影响，使得公司财务运作更加完善，风险更低，报酬最大化。

Research on Financial Operation System Based on Blockchain Technology Taking SAIC as an Example

Abstract

The financial operation system is the process of capital operation when a company carries out production and operation activities, while the financial operation is the step after accounting. The financial operation system of a company contains different "blocks" such as accounting, internal supervision and audit, and financial management. Only in the context of blockchain can financial operation make accounting and financial management better combined. Since the development of the Internet, the birth of every new technology is profoundly changing people"s way of life. Today, blockchain, as a representative of an innovative technology of the current era, not only changes our way of life, but also the sharing of information and value. Therefore, in today"s era, more and more people pay attention to blockchain technology, understand its principles and apply them to practice.

This article tells the story of saic, 2016-2019 financial operation state, also found that group in the cash management and cost control management, accounts receivable management, inventory management, and through certain financial analysis method to study group. SAIC developed and put into use the automotive blockchain logistics system in 2018, and plans to carry out extensive cooperation with other enterprises in areas such as blockchain supply chain finance. This paper compares the financial indicators of SAIC from 2016 to 2019, reflecting the group"s influence on the enterprise"s profit management, capital turnover management and debt financing management after the use of blockchain technology, which makes the company"s financial operation more perfect, lower risks and maximize rewards.

1.1 研究背景及意义

财务运作体系是围绕着资金而展开地一系列的活动。在当今互联网发达的时代，企业的财务运作可以给企业带来很多的成果，但是还是存在着许多不可避免地问题，例如财务运作的成本高，存在第三方成本等问题。企业在财务方面运用区块链技术，可以给企业的相关经济活动带来了很多业务上的创新，首先区块链可以使得企业在财务方面提高它的财务效率，信息的更新能够更加的及时；然后使用区块链可以更好的从根源上面来降低财务的成本，并且在信息方面具有着不可篡改的特性；最后可以使得企业在进行经济交易时，保证交易的安全性和透明性。通过区块链技术平台，使得企业财务会计与财务管理两个领域更加紧密连接。

1.1.2 研究意义

因此，在此背景下，对上汽集团在财务运作体系方面运用区块链技术进行研究，针对这一研究成果进行分析，区块链作用于会计核算、内部监督与审计、营业利润管理、财务运作安全等方面。经过研宄发现，区块链技术在公司盈利能力、资产周转及债务融资方面存在创新管理效果，并且明显改善了公司资产盈利、营运能力及偿债能力水平，从而提升了企业价值。可以让我们意识到财务运作对企业经营的重要性和直接影响性，如今已经不再是简单的财务核算时代，更严格要求财务管理人员可以很好地对财务运作做出评价并制定下一步财务运作计划。

1.2.1国外研究现状

Lazanis(2015)认为区块链网络能够成为公司资金支付的一种方式，他通过对区块链网络中的点对点交易进行了分析，发现了区块链网络可以使第三方的成本降低。区块链网络中的数字货币^[1]也同样可以应用在点对点支付之中，能够更加降低中间成本，更加方便，能够在运输过程中使成本更加降低。^[18]
