摘 要

企业中变现最快并且周转最快的是营运资金，营运资金直接影响企业的运行，充足的营运资金是一家企业得以生存的必要条件，因而对于公司来说，关注营运资金的管理显得很有必要。随着电子商务的快速迅速，企业内外部情形巨变给管理带来威胁。对营运资金的管理直接影响企业是否能持续经营，因此加强对营运资金的管理显得尤为重要，对企业在电子商务迅速发展的情况下的营运资金保障能力的研究刻不容缓，对涉及电子商务业务的企业的营运资金管理的研究同时具备理论和现实的意义。本文选取电商行业中极具代表性的苏宁云商企业进行研究，加强对企业自身的管理。本文将通过分析苏宁云商财务状况，分别对苏宁云商2014-2017年财务报表进行分析，得出苏宁云商财务风险的来源，分别从营运资金保障数量、质量角度，提炼和总结针对出现的运行问题，最后从完善营运资金保障能力的角度，对苏宁云商提出合理有效的决策建议。

Enterprise financial risk analysis from the perspective of working capital guarantee capability -- taking Suning Commerce Group as an example

Abstract

Working capital is the fastest realized and turnover capital in an enterprise, which directly affects the operation of the enterprise and is the basic condition for the survival of the enterprise in the market. Known as the industrial revolution the rapid development of electronic commerce, make the enterprise internal and external environment facing great changes happened, brings new challenges for modern enterprise management, including working capital occupies a large part of e-commerce enterprise assets, it is particularly important to strengthen the management of working capital, so under the condition of the electronic commerce rapid development of the enterprise"s working capital guarantee ability research is urgently needed, The research on the working capital management of enterprises involved in e-commerce business has both theoretical and practical significance. Based on this background, this paper will study suning cloud business enterprises, which take Internet retail as the main body, build O2O all-channel business model and online and offline open platform, integrate online and offline, expand all-channel and all-category business, and strengthen their own management. Through analyzing Suning Commerce Group business financial situation, this article will separately for Suning Commerce Group balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows is analyzed, then the Suning Commerce Group under the protection of working capital financial risk analysis, respectively from the Angle of guarantee quantity, quality of working capital, refining and summarized according to the running problem, finally from the Angle of perfecting the guarantee ability of working capital, propose reasonable effective decision-making.

研究背景

营运资金是一个企业在市场中生存下来的必要条件，因此对于一个企业来说关注营运资金的管理问题显得十分有必要。随着电子商务的迅速发展，各个企业所面临的内外部环境都会发生巨大变化，而这给现代企业管理带来新的挑战，其中营运资金对于电子商务行业来说十分重要，是企业中最具活力也最重要的一部分，对于企业来说，这部分资产能否进行良好的管理将影响到企业的持续经营，因此营运资金的管理尤为重要，对企业在电子商务迅速发展的情况下的营运资金保障能力的研究刻不容缓，对涉及电子商务业务的企业的营运资金管理的研究同时具备理论和现实的意义。正是基于这一背景，本文将对以互联网零售为主体，打造O2O的全渠道经营模式和线上线下的开放平台，整合线上线下，拓展全渠道，全品类经营的苏宁云商企业进行研究，加强对企业自身的管理。

在公司的经营中，营运资金起着关键的作用。在营运资金保障视角下，财务风险与营运资金之间关系的明确有助于推动财务风险的研究，从而有利于更好的控制财务风险。营运资金的管理和运行水平相当程度影响了企业盈利水平的高低和企业财务风险控制的好坏，当前，随着信息化网络时代的发展，对比传统经营环境对于营运资金的管理，电子商务行业有着其独特的特点包括市场重心转移至线上，支付方式网络化，供应链缩短等等。
