摘 要

2017年9月26日海底餐饮股份有限公司（以下简称海底捞）在香港正式上市。对中国人来讲，“没有什么是一顿火锅解决不了的。”由此可见，中国人都普遍喜欢吃火锅。而海底捞正是火锅界的大企业之一。这个品牌以创造独特而高品质的就餐体验而闻名。无微不至的服务是海底捞口碑营销的关键。海底捞的成功实际上与其强大的金融体系和高效的管理有关。

企业财务分析是社会经济迅速发展的产物。经济环境的快速发展与不断变化促进了财务报表分析理论体系与评价方法的不断完善，同时也进一步促进了财务综合分析的不断发展。

在此背景下，本文主要研究海底捞的财务状况，对其进行全面的财务分析。本文通过沃尔计分法和杜邦分析法两种方法，找出其经营现状的不足和优势，并对其成功与不足进行探讨。分析企业的营运能力，偿债能力与盈利能力，将分析纳入一个有机系统，全面分析和分析企业的财务状况和运营状况，以判断企业的财务状况，从而使更精确的评价、判断企业的经济效益。

Abstract

On September 26, 2017, haidilao was officially listed in Hong Kong under the stock code 6862.hk. For Chinese people, "there is nothing that can"t be solved by one hot pot meal. If it can"t be solved by one hot pot meal, it can be solved by two hot pot meals. It can be seen that Chinese people love hotpot. Haidilao is a big enterprise in the hotpot industry. The brand is famous for creating unique and high-quality dining experience. High level service is the key to haidilao"s word-of-mouth marketing. The success of haidilao is actually related to its strong financial system and efficient management. The vice President of haidilao is a typical accountant who focuses on exercising his ability to read financial statements.

Enterprise financial analysis is the result of the rapid development of social economy. The continuous change of the economic environment promotes the continuous improvement of the theoretical system and evaluation method of financial statement analysis, and further promotes the continuous development of financial comprehensive analysis.

In this context, this paper mainly focuses on the financial situation of Haidilao, its comprehensive financial analysis. Through two methods -- wall scoring method and dupont analysis, this paper finds out the deficiencies and advantages of its operation status, and discusses its successes and disadvantages. The analysis of the enterprise"s operating ability, debt paying ability and profitability is brought into an organic analysis system to comprehensively analyze and analyze the enterprise"s financial status and operation status, so as to judge the enterprise"s financial status, thus making a more accurate evaluation and judgment of the enterprise"s economic benefits.

2017年9月26日，随着海底捞正式在香港上市成为港股，这一大事件体现了海底捞在火锅行业的成功与出色。海底捞品牌以打造独特而优质的就餐体验而闻名，口碑营销的关键在于高水平的服务。海底捞的成功，实际上还和它强大的财务体系有关和高效的管理，海底捞的副总裁十分注重锻炼看财务报表的能力。所以本篇论文主要围绕海底捞的财务状况展开，对其进行财务综合分析。

国外的学者对金融一体化的研究分析有悠久的历史，经过不断的完善和改进，现在已经形成了较为成熟的财务分析体系。国内的财务分析大部分是规则性的模型研究，与国外的分析研究相比差距较大。本文将通过两种方法--沃尔评分法和杜邦分析法进行系统分析，发现其经营状况存在的不足与优势，探讨其成功之处与不足之处。将企业的营运能力、偿债能力和盈利能力的分析纳入到一个有机的分析系统之中，全面解剖分析企业的财务状况和经营状况，进而较为准确的评价和判断企业的经济效益。

研究背景

随着我国经济的不断快速发展与产业结构的升级优化，作为第三产业的重要组成部分的餐饮业，近年来也取得了较优越的进步。随着我国餐饮业的快速成长，餐饮业也正在逐步朝着大众市场转型。这一变化让顾客对餐饮的服务质量方面产生了更高的需求，个性化的餐饮服务研究也就应运而生。
